The availability of seats depends on the branch in both second and third rounds, also it depends on the filling of seats. We cannot say exactly if you can get an admission or not. But if you are on the top of the merit-list in 3rd round, then there are chances that you might get an admission, this happens if some one chooses to leave for a different college or branch.
