Santal Bidroha Sardha Satabarshiki Mahavidyalaya, is a college affiliated to the Vidyasagar University, located in Paschim Medinipur in the state of West Bengal. Admission Processes by Degree
BA (Bachelor of Arts): The college offers various honours programs under the BA degree, which are Bengali, English, Sanskrit, Santali, Philosophy, Education, History, and Political Science. Admission is based on marks of the qualifying examination (10+2). Whereas various BA courses have differing intake capacities, the highest is among the Bengali Honours, with 127 seats, followed closely by English Honours with 107.
B.Sc (Bachelor of Science): In relation to science aspirants, it offers B.Sc Honours in Geography, Zoology, Mathematics, Nutrition, Chemistry, and Physics. Admission to these courses is based on 10+2 marks, emphasizing relevant science subjects. The distribution of seats ranges from Zoology Honours for 58 students to Physics Honours for 11 students.
Both BA and the B.Sc programs have general (non-Honours) options for students opting for a wider range.
