Overall The Infrastructure is Average. The library and the canteen are pretty good, with quite many options for books nd snacks respectively. The ground is Big enough for field sports. But the classrooms could have been better. They are quite deteriorated, with plaster coming off the walls. Some benches too are broken. The Auditorium is pretty big, with Enough space to seat ample number of people at a time, One of the best points of this college.
The Teachers, Professors are friendly and Approachable. They have knowledge of what they are supposed to be teaching, and are quite happy to help students with their doubts. Academically, this college is not as bad as is the General reputation. It's quite good.
Absolutely no idea about this matter. Yet to enter Final Year, and Haven't been in contact with Any senior as such, so can't say about the placements and Average Packages. However, there is a dedicated Placement Cell providing opportunities for Articleship to students, all through the year.
The Fees isn't as high as other Well Reputed colleges under DU. This gives an opportunity for people in the lower income groups to get quality education without burning a hole in their pockets. The Fees was a little under 9000 for 1st year, and lower still for 2nd year. So I'd say it's Value for Money.
The Campus life is quite eventful. Satyawati College being one of the most Politically Motivated Colleges, the phase during Elections in DU is quite a charm. The highlight during that time being the gatherings of students walking through the halls Dancing, Singing and just cheerfully laughing.
Yes our college has all the necessary infrastructure and all facilities. All the classrooms are just amazing and the library is the best and the teachers are the real assets. The hygienic is all good and the campus is clean and amazing.
I'm studying ba eco hons in satyawati college evening and the quality of teaching is just best. All the teachers are soo amazing. The teachers are really friendly and amazing and soo helpful to all the new students.
I'm still in first year so I don't have much idea about the placement. Although the alumni of this college says they have very good placements and also it depends on the students more. Students are very well prepared over here.
The fee is very minimal and it's absolutely value for money. In this minimum fee the college is offering an amazing course which is the plus point. All the du colleges have very minimal fee soo it's no surprise.
Due to this lockdown no idea about the campus life. Hope I will enjoy my campus life after this lockdown gets over and life permits to enjoy. Also campus life seems to be amazing as per the alumni and other older students of the college.
I would recommend you this college as the teachers are the real assets and rest is upto to you.
Satyawati college has normal infrastructure. Classrooms are big in size with sufficient windows to let the air come in. we have a library too which is well maintained. Our college has lesser number of sports activities and events, however students mostly opt for cricket and gymnasium. Labs are well lit and spacious. Proper sanitation is maintained in the canteen.
I had enrolled into Political Science Hons.because of my interest in our constitution. Academic wise the college is average, as the curriculum requires updation. Teaching staff is knowledgeable. But since there is no protocol followed in college relating to maintaining attendance record, it doesn't seem like the faculty cares much.
Placement in my department has not set a good record. Students need to go to the north campus in search of good quality placements. Courses like B.Com and Economics Hons.attract high number of companies and salary package.
The fee structure in Satyawati for my course is INR 8000 per annum which is quite affordable and reasonable. The college is not so popular amongst students-seeking-admission.
College life has been worth living here. I personally have been a member of NCC where I took part in many events and learnt new things. Not much of an interaction takes place between the students and teachers, but the staff is highly supportive.
College infrastructure is good! Walls are getting painted. Efforts are visible. Canteen is nice though the food is a bit oily but it's fine, can be taken in terms of extreme hunger. In short college infrastructure is good but not awesome! Ground is very big !
Teachers are helpful, understanding and cooperating !! Teachers accept assignments after the submission date easily if the reason is relevant. Cool environment very friendly teachers. Explains every topic with detail.
I don't find any opportunities for BA program students! More emphasis are on Eco hns and bcom hns students only! Not satisfied with that stuff! Placement cell needs to improve and should start to pay attention on all the courses
It's value for money in the terms of education! But as far as the placement is concerned I don't find any opportunities. Canteen is good! A very large ground to play games with friends! Very large auditorium
Campus life is good! Events are very entertaining ! Crowd is bit of a issue but once you find people of your kind then it can be ignored easily! Hard to find people from Delhi though! Campus life is nice
Overall the college is good in the terms of studies and enjoyment in the terms of societies and events. Attendance is not much of an issue so students can enjoy their college life without any stress.
Not a very large Campus but infrastructure is strong and well built Large class rooms and one of the biggest auditorium of DU good sitting arrangements . Lifts and other facilities are also fantastic so infrastructure is good
I am a BA prog. student and for this course the potential from teachers is not upto mark but for other courses like B.com teachers are hardworking so overall i rated Academic 2 stars only but here you have ample time to prepare for ur future plans
I really have no idea about placement because i am currently in 1st year but people say that the quality of placement is ok ok rest i don't know ☹️ but as i told you we have ample time to study so you can work hard efficiently and achieve your goals
It cost me 6500 for one year and 500rupees every semester during exams its same for every DU college so you cant say whether its or not but worth the degree from du is surely worthy at this fees because DU degree is considered of having a great value in your life
Campus life is epic we are free to do anything if you are a bookworm then library is always open if you have a sportsmen spirit then u can play anything football basketball cricket badminton volleyball kabbadi and much more supportive staff is very student friendly and we have one of the DUs biggest foot court near our college and you are free to enter and leave your College anytime
All i want to add is that overall this college is called a very down grade college of DU but its not what you listen ,its what you experience in just 6months i am in love with this college?????
