Yes, my college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. The classrooms are spacious and equipped for smooth learning. There are separate lavatories for both girls and boys inside the college campus, which are well-maintained. The college also has a canteen where students can get food and refreshments. For residential students, the hostel facilities are available. The living spaces are kept clean and hygienic, and the food provided in the hostel is average. Overall, the facilities in the college are properly used and fairly well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable environment for both learning and living.
I am pursuing my studies in this college, and regular classes are held here without much disturbance. The faculties are very supportive and always ready to guide us whenever needed. The curriculum is updated as per NEP 2020, which helps us stay in touch with recent developments in the field. Overall, the teaching quality is good, and what we study does prepare us with the necessary knowledge and skills to be job-ready in the future.
Around 60% of students from our college have been placed through campus recruitment. The placements are mainly from the MBA department as well as the Integrated B.Ed. course. I cannot mention the exact salary packages offered, but students have received decent opportunities. The placement process is smooth, and the college provides guidance to help students prepare.
My course costs ₹45,991 annually. I think it is worth the money because we get two degrees at the same time – a graduation degree along with a B.Ed. The college also provides study exposures, which add practical experience to our learning. In addition, every festival is celebrated on campus using the funds we contribute annually, which creates a lively and engaging environment for students. Overall, I feel satisfied with the value for money.
The college campus has a calm and quiet environment, which makes it a good place for studying. The atmosphere is also very friendly, and students here are rooted in culture because of the closeness to the famous Puri Jagannath Temple. Everyone in the college – students, teachers, and support staff – are very supportive and cooperative. The location of the campus is also a big advantage as it is close to both the beach and the Jagannath Temple, giving it a unique cultural and natural setting. The campus is safe, and in case of emergencies, facilities are available nearby. The fire station is just 500–600 meters away, the hospital is about 1 km away, and the police station is only 500 meters away. So overall, it is well-prepared to handle emergencies.
I have completed 2 years in this college and am currently in my 3rd year. From my point of view, my overall experience has been good. The environment is calm, the teachers are supportive, and the campus is safe and friendly. The curriculum is updated, and we also get opportunities for exposure and cultural activities. There are some areas that can be improved, like the quality of hostel food, but overall I feel satisfied with my journey here so far.
The college is the best one in the entire district of Puri . All the modern day facilities are available like Wifi and CCTV all around the academic area .The college also offers a canteen with hygeinic meals and snacks .
The faculties are very much qualified and workaholic. The professors in most of the departments hold a great educational background.I am studying bachelor of science here and my personal experience is quite good
The college offers only bachelor and masters level courses in Arts ,commerce and science. There's no engineering or medical courses in which placements can be seen. Some placements are seen in MBA and BBA courses.
The return of investment is good if the student puts efforts in studying and pursues higher education in top most institutes. The course fee for our course is around 10000 per semester and living cost is also around the same.
The campus life is a bit average. The gender ration is around 1:2. There are a few monthly events organised mostly by the students. The college is approachable via all travel modes from the city as it is inside the city itself.
As the college is more than 50 years old the infrastructure is quite old. Maine time only colouring shirt Done again but not the infrastructure is improved. Condition of college hostels are horrible and not even up to the standard. CCTV camera is not present everywhere and Wi-Fi is not available in the campus.
The teachers are the highly qualified and this is the biggest college in the district. Hans students from each corner of the district come here to pursue their graduation and post graduation. The teachers are quite passionate and experts at there subjects. The curriculum offered here is not something that will make you job ready rather the curriculum focuses more on theory.
The college does not offer engineering courses but some MBA courses are there from which students get placement off-campus. Other bachelors courses are theoretical courses and don't offer placements. Mostly students run private tuition to intermediate and high school students and earn earn something. After graduation mostly people pursue higher studies and go for government exams.
All expenses altogether cost less than 50000 for entire course duration. For your it's around 10000 to 15000. One can get the return of investment high if he or she cracks government jobs directly after graduation
Campus life is enjoyable year for people from rural backgrounds. Roughly some events happen in every month. But for students from urban backgrounds the campus life is totally boring because there is no good restaurants nearby or inside the campus. For visiting purposes one needs to go to tourist places of Puri.
The infrastructure of the college is not that good. This is a old college desperate demands of getting converted into an independent University still it's being functioning as an autonomous college. The infrastructure has become old speciality the labs and classrooms as well as the hostels.
This government run college is the most famous Government College in the entire district. Students from every corner of the district come here to study. The teachers are highly qualified and well versed in their respective subjects. The most important thing common among them all is their passion for teaching.
This is not a typical engineering College where you can get placed after completing your graduation. Mostly students prefer to do a masters after getting graduated from the college. Some run their own private tuitions and some prepare for government jobs.
The total semester fees per year is less than 10000. But as the hostels are old one may need to live in private accommodation. The living cost in the town of Puri is not that high so the return of investment is there if one studies hard.
Campus life is not that vibrant. Decent gender ratio is there and some clubs are there to take care of all the extra curricular activities in the campus like welcoming the freshers ,organising the farewell parties etc. But there is no As such big fest conducted each year.
