The Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College has the facilities of a library, canteen, and lab. the library of college has a wide range and collection of books and reading materials along with subscriptions to national and international journals as well The college also provides facilities for sports to promote physical and extracurricular activities among students.

The facilities at SBSEC are provided to provide a better and more comfortable environment for the students that is conducive to learning. Apart from these, SBSEC facilities also include a convenience store. Indoor game facilities, seminar hall, girls' common room, bank facility, and other facilities.

Medical/Hospital
There is a well-equipped medical room in the college with a trained Medical Attendant. Students can take first aid in case of any injury or ailment.
Library
The college has a fully furnished, air conditioned library and its functions have been fully computerised. It has a rich collection of the latest titles in various disciplines, which are maintained and constantly updated. The library subscribes to many standard magazines, periodicals, newspapers and journals.

The college has a huge sports ground for Basketball, Lawn Tennis, Cricket, Athletics, and Volleyball for the students. Also, sports gear is provided to the students by the college itself, for example things like shoes, shin guards, gloves etc. Facility for Indoor Games is also provided in the Sports Complex.
