I got 119/200 in mhtcet. Can I get admission in symbiosis mech?

Hello Piyush, 119 is a really great score and you can easily get even CS in Symbiosis Pune. Still I'd suggest you to fill choices starting from COEP, VJTI etc as cutoffs may vary every year.

sir, i have been given 42nd waitlist in symbiosis pune for law(ballb) are there chances of me being selected?

Hi Nikhilesh!

There are good chances of you being selected. Wait for the subsequent merit lists. However, in the meanwhile keep other options open as well and not depend entirely upon SLS,Pune for admission.

Should I take a year gap and apply for uceed and nid or get admission in symbiosis now?

Dear Student,
One should select a course only in which he/she has interest in as one output level increases enormously when he does a work in which he has interest and passion for. I suggest you to take for a year gap and start preparing for UCEED and NID by joining a coaching institute for it in the meantime. You shouldn't even consider symbiosis if you don't have internet in management as you might not be able to perform well without interest, You should definitely go with your passion.

what is the eligibilty criteria for b.a in economics in symbiosis pune ? And whether maths is compulsory at 12 th level ?

Following is the eligibility criteria and overview of the course :-

Eligibilty

The candidate should have passed 10+2 with aggregate 65% marks at First Year B.A level.

Course detail

Bachelor of Arts in Economics is three years full time Honours course. Approved by UGC and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.

And glad to inform that maths is not mandatory as a subject in 12th to be eligible.

I have got 77 in SET 2018 in BBA general and also got shortlisted for PI. Is there any chance that i can get selected for symbiosis noida?

Hello, mahima. Congratulation that you have scored good in SET and selected for PI. PI which personal interaction it is conducted by institute to check the suitability of candidates for the college . in PI general questions were asked like hobbies, career aspirations , engagement in cocurricular activities etc. They generally don't ask subject related questions. Their is WAT ( written ability test) also it is a normal written test . can easily ace without having much preparation only have knowledge about current affairs and issues. After this merit list drawn based upon the combined score of SET and PI-WAT . BEST OF LUCK.

Can I get good payed job in India and in abroad by having degree of ba hons economics from symbiosis and at which range of payment.

Just u have the degree, Will not give u surety in jobs.
U need same amount of experience for BA.

I got 86 marks in SET(symbiosis pune entrance exam) what is the probability or chances of getting streams in btech program?

Hi there, I have appeared for SET, and according to last year's counselling rounds, 86 might not be enough to get branches like Computer/IT/ECE. However you may get Mechanical,Civil,etc. Check out the schedule for the counseling rounds, and in that students are arranged in batches according to their SET scores, so you will get an idea, about the your chances for the different streams.

Symbiosis Pune is a good institution for a B.Tech. Programme, however it is a general trend seen that students prefer to join State Universities over Deemed Universities. Provided you get the branch of your choice, selecting the unversity is completely upon you.
