Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID) is considered a good design institute that conducts Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) in first week of May for offering admissions to four major design programmes- Communication Design, Fashion Communication, Industrial Design and Fashion Design. A total of 201 (175 for Indian students) seats are allocated to qualified candidates on the basis of score obtained in the entrance exam. 

SET Design Exam Pattern- Testing Parameters

SET Design 2018, a design aptitude test, assesses students on various parameters in order to judge their abilities. They are evaluated on following aspects-

l Creative thinking abilities

l General design awareness

l Visual observations

l Geometry, color, craft & traditions

l Awareness about Indian culture, any more.

Exam Duration- SET Design is conducted for two and half hours (150 minutes). 

Total Number of Questions- There are a maximum of 150 questions.

As there is nothing announced for 2018 session and its cut off keep on changing year wise but as per previous year information, the first cut off should be 90+ so if you wish to get seat in this college then try to get more than 90%.

Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies (SCMS), Pune offers the BBA programme with three specialisations such as Corporate Management, International Business and Accounting & Finance. 

For admission in SCMS, you will have to take the Symbiosis Entrance test (SET) which is objective in nature. There is no negative marking for wrong answers, however it is necessary to attempt all sections in the test.
