In respect of the detailed admission procedures, it has generally been understood that most engineering institutes take all-India or state-level entrance examinations and add these to the 10+2, or equivalent, academic performance records. There are four full-time, four-year B.Tech degree programmes offered by the Triguna Sen School of Technology.
The total intake for B.Tech courses comes to 120, whereby 60 seats are allotted each for Agricultural Engineering and Information Technology. The Triguna Sen School of Technology admission for these programmes will be made according to the result of a national or state engineering entrance examination, such as JEE Mains or a state-level engineering entrance test.
The institute has sanctioned an intake of 60 students each for B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering and B.Tech in Information Technology; the intake figures for Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering have not been mentioned, but these are also programmes offered by the institute.

Impressive, with all higly qualified group of faculties from all fields of study. Regular journal and research related works are done, acyive participation in all national level debating and other co curriculums
Teaching quality is good for most of teacher and most of teacher are on time to take classes.But problem is Triguna sen school of technology is under Assam University so, most of the day we are unable to attend the classes for strike.
I was studying Engineering Degree as its a Central University and Graduate from a Central University is means a lot. The Quality of teaching was Good. But I think more Practical sessions should be there.
