Yes, you can get direct admission in VIPS (Vivekananda institute of professional studies) under management quota. Entrance exams are IPUCET/ CLAT/ JEE MAINS . 10% of seats are reserved for direct admission or management quota in VIPS ( Vivekananda institute of professional studies).

Furthermore, Admissions to all the UG and PG courses will be carried out in an online mode. Candidates will have to submit the application form on the official website of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University .

Further, the fees for direct admission in VIPS Delhi is INR 1,04,800 for a year.

VIPS is better than ADGITM in terms of BTECH. When it comes to the overall VIPS college, the infrastructure here is very attractive and pleasing. It has a very greenery atmosphere which makes it a perfect environment. The teachers are amazing and very experienced. Their way of teaching is very good and they also clear all the doubts. The food in the mess is of good quality which makes adjusting here a little bit better than any other college. VIPS offers 100% placements to all the students in top companies and offers the highest package of 12 LPA, lowest of 2 LPA and the average package of 3.5 LPA.

Bachelor of Arts (Economics honors) is one of the undergraduate courses offered by the School of Economics of the VIPS College, Delhi.

The annual fees of the B. A Economics honor is around 2.5 lakh. Any 12th pass student is qualified for this course.

If you got MAIMS then it is very good because according to this year's IPUCET BBA cutoffs, getting into top 5 colleges of GGSIPU is really good. There is still a chance of getting into VIPS if you float your seat till the spot round only if there are seats vacant in the university. Otherwise MAIMS is really not a bad option.

The Eligibility criteria for B.Com (//B.Com) Hons in VIPS, Pitampura is to have more than 50% in the aggregate of all five subjects that is, one language and four major courses. And this percentage is considered for both the higher studies, that is 11th and 12th or simply(PUCs).

since you didn't mention the name of exam in which you got rank 1976, we cannot say accurately, whether you will get an admission there.
