Can I get Admission in any Government Engineering college in odisha like VSSUT, CET etc in any branch for Btech with... 77 percentile in JEEmains 2020 ? I am Female and from General category with Odisha state Domicile.

Chances are More to get VSSUT still it would be better to apply for both the option in the counselling process. There will be some rank relaxation for female category and home state quota but your rank has to be in range of cutoff. You may get in further rounds so keep trying if you don't get in 1st round.
Check 1st round cutoff and how much it will be lowered in 2nd round. Is you rank near to it. Look out for these details and take step.
for current year, cutoff is unpredictable as many factors are still unknown and it will be finalized only 2nd session of jee mains.
