Can i get medical leave for 2-3 montha in bsc course ? or any kind of leave because after taking admission in bsc biotechnology at MMU, Ambala I will prepare for NEET 2021 side by side, so I'll be needing the leave because once entering in the college, it will be difficult for me to prepare.

You definitely can take a medical leave but you'll have to present a medical certificate as proof as being gone for months must mean you have some serious condition. Other than that every college has a fixed amount of percentage of attendance requirement so opt for a college which requires less attendance so that you can prepare for neet.
