Hello, I have a GATE marks of 39 in (AR) under SC category and as per previous year cutoff of IIT roorkee SC passing marks are 32.05.

Hello Manu 

Yes according to the past record there is a chance of you getting IIT by this Score Card.

I will suggest you to apply in both IITs i.e. IIT ROORKEE and IIT KHARAGPUR  for M.arch as there are only few IITs which are offering Masters in architecture.
