Hii Swapnil,
Earning a management degree can help you in your career. You can firstly go out to work in the corporate world in a field related to your studies and then plan and pursue an MBA. Pursuing an MBA without any work experience won't be of much good to you.
Management knowledge will not only help you in leadership or in managing your company but also in taking long term decisions be it in life or otherwise.

Generally an MBA is required when you want a jump in your career. A jump in designation (salary) and in pay.
You can reach out to us for more help.
Hope it helps.
Thanks.
