85% of the seats in the private unaided engineering institutes in Maharashtra will be filled through MHT CET, while 15% seats will be filled/reserved for All India Quota.

you need domicile certificate of maharashtra to get admission in colleges of maharashtra by MHT-CET .

your you can apply for 15% seats by JEE-mains .

For taking admission in engineering colleges of pune you have to appear for MHT CET,if you score decent marks upto 160+ you can get admission in good college ,although chances of students out side maharashtra have rare chances and their might be less seats available for them,for coe pune you have to score more than 175+ because of toughest competition,but as you are out of maharshtra candidate you will be counted for all india seats which are only 15% so try to get good score for an admission in good colleges.
