i got 28000 rank in ap eamcet bipc , can i get free seat in bsc agriculture course and can i get free seat in bvsc course. my cateogry is sc.

Your rank is not that much good dear. Infact you are a SC candidate also your rank is high according to last year cut-off. So it's difficult to predict anything that which college you get.
But it's not that much to get a very good government college of agriculture or veterinary by this rank. But you can get any reputed private college in this rank.

Based on your AP EAMCET 2020 rank as 28000, the previous years cutoff ranks in the corresponding courses and the category you fall in as SC, it very hard to get a free seat but you are still eligible for the fee reimbursement provided by the AP government. You also have chance to get a seat in well reputed College for the course.
