Hello,
To get admitted in govt. Institution like NIT you must clear the cutoff list of JEE main as you've not done that it is not possible for you to get admitted in NIT.

No you are not going to get instrumentation in NIT Jalandhar with this marks all you can do is try during the counselling of the jee scores
