• PEC
• NIT Raipur

And if you really need CSE/IT only then you can consider these colleges.

• IIIT Bhopal, IT
• IIIT Una, IT
• IIIT Kottayam, CSE
• IIIT Dharwad, CSE

And in CSAB round they only consider the CRL rank not the category rank.
