Congratulations on securing 9000 ranks in MHTCET.
COEP being the topmost college for Engineering in Maharashtra, it has very high cutoffs.
I would suggest you go through the last year cutoffs (both rank and score cutoffs are available) of the first round of CAP Process on the following link. Here you can get an idea of college & branch based on your marks/rank

Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, TFWS, etc) & category (OBC).
COEP will have state-level seats common for all irrespective of the earlier university.
