After NEET results have been declared and the merit list has been released the Registration process opens. All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. Now this is the firs time that AIIMS and JIPMER are conducting their admissions through NEET score and the admissions will happen through All India Counselling. And All India Counselling happens in 2 rounds and a Mop up round. AIIMS and JIPMER will not fall under Mop up round probably and so ideally the seats will be filled through Round 1 and Round 2. Once NTA releases NEET results and the Merit list is released, the DGHS on behalf of the MCI will release the counselling process.
