Yes it is mandatory to have valid ST or any other caste certificate. The documents are required at the time for admission nd counselling as well. here is the documents required-

• Candidate’s passport size photograph

• scanned signature

• Left-hand thumb impression

• Class 10 mark sheet

• Class 10 Passing Certificate

• Class 12 mark sheet

• Class 12 Passing Certificate

• ID proof for example, Adhaar Card

• Here is the eligibility for AIIMS-
  
  Candidate must secure minimum of 60% aggregate in 10 + 2 higher secondary education from a recognized college/ university.
• The subjects in 10 + 2 higher secondary must be physics, chemistry and biology

Since the counselling for this year is not yet concluded so we cannot get finalized cut-offs for now for any of the AIIMS so I can guide you on the basis of previous year's cut-offs of AIIMS through NEET UG. With reference to yoru above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that YES, you can apply for AIIMS Nursing if you are between 18-30 years of age. Candidates applying for the AIIMS Nursing Officer exam must be of ages between 18-30 years . A certain category of candidates will receive an age relaxation as decided by the conducting authority.

Furthermore, Candidates must have passed their 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from a recognized board or university . Candidates those have passed 10+1 on or before 1989 are also eligible to apply. Registration:Candidate must be a registered midwife and registered nurse with the State Nursing council.
