So the main factor is that you should have good NEET score and apart from that you know Hindi well, so practically you will face no problem. So obviously you are allowed to study MBBS at AIIMS Delhi.
The cutoff for MBBS in AIIMS Delhi for 2020 was AIR 51 as closing rank.

See both the colleges you have mentioned are among the top medical colleges in India. As per the information and surveys available, if you want to go for a college with a better infrastructure and lower clinical loads then go for the AIIMS Bhubaneswar. Its recorded that the clinical critical cases, are much more in Medical College Kolkata compared to that of the AIIMS. Also the faculties in both the colleges are great. The main difference is the patient inflow which is greater in Kolkata Medical College which is an advantage to build a very strong foundation of the clinical subject.
Now its your choice.

Government Medical College and Hospital is a better option than All India Institute of Medical Sciences Rishikesh. This is because of the following mentioned below points:

Hi
Making prediction is difficult as cutoff depends upon various factors like :-
-----------) number of students/ candidates that appeared in the neet exam,
-----------) difficulty level of neet examination
-----------) number of available seats,
-----------) performance of different students in the examination,
-----------) the category you belong etc.
But yes,
When we go through previous year trend then,
In neet 2020 cut off for AIIMS Delhi is provided below category wise :-
Category closing/cut off rank cut off marks
General 51 705
EWS 215 692
Obc 218 692
Sc 1198 671
St 2239 660
You can check the same by downloading the result pdf available on the official website of MCC the link is provided below
https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/Home/ArchiveDownload
So, if you are from st category then to get a seat in Aiims Delhi you must have at least around 660 - 670 marks in neet

The admission to the AIIMS are only on the basis of the All India Quota Counselling. I think you are applying for the state quota counselling as a result, the AIIMS Medical colleges are not appearing.

Hello,
Yes, since you haven't selected counseling for OPEN seats, you wouldn't find AIIMS and JIPMER during the choice filling for counseling.
----- But Medical Counseling Committee, MCC has provided 'RESET' facility that could be used only once to make any corrections you made during Registration except the mistake in Category filling.
------- The RESET option can be used only to change the type of counselling i.e add or
delete different type of counselling and not to change the category.

There is a good probability to occur this problem. But it would not decrease rigorously. There will be decrease in the patient flow in JNM Hospital but those would be true only for the emergency or critical cases. But in general, the JNM Hospital will be at demand for the next 5 years at least until and unless the AIIMS is fully set up. So if you wish to take admission in JNM then you can take admission in it without any second thought.
