Describe the circumstances and ask whether there are many other options or a new window for correction. During the document verification phase of admissions process, you could be required to more supporting paperwork or explanation, if your application has been approved.

If that doesn’t help, you can also email the Examination Section at [email protected] or [email protected] to explain the issue. Make sure to mention your registration ID, payment reference, and take screenshots if any. They usually respond and guide next steps.
