All India Institute of Medical Sciences courses at UG are MBBS, B.Sc, B.Sc (Hons) and B.Optom. The duration of AIIMS Delhi UG courses is from 3 years to 5 years and 6 months. AIIMS Delhi nursing programmes are offered in five different specialisations.

AIIMS Delhi PG courses are M.D, M.S, M.Sc and M.D.S. The duration of AIIMS New Delhi PG courses is 3 years. All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi Doctoral courses include DM, M.Ch and Ph.D. The Doctoral courses are offered in 68 different specialisations at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. AIIMS Delhi courses are offered in online and full-time modes. AIIMS Delhi MD/MS courses are offered in different branches for three years. Whereas, the duration of doctoral courses is of 3 years. For AIIMS Delhi paramedical courses admission students are required to appear for entrance exam.

AIIMS New Delhi Courses and Fees 2025

Each course has different eligibility criteria and fees at each level of the programme. The candidates should check the AIIMS New Delhi eligibility criteria before applying for the desired course.

B.Sc(Hons)	Rs 6260	The candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST) in 10+2 from a recognised board.
B.Optom	Rs 3080	Candidates should qualify for the 10+2 in English, Physics, Chemistry and either Biology or Mathematics (Biology is compulsory) from a recognised board.
M.D	Rs 4650	The candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST) in M.B.B.S from a recognised university by the Medical Council of India.
M.S	Rs 4650
M.Sc	Rs 2380- Rs 2710	Qualified B.V.Sc/B. Pharmacy/Bachelor of Physiotherapy/B.Sc with 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST) from a recognised university.
M.D.S	Rs 4650	Candidates should possess a B.D.S degree with at least 55% aggregate marks (50% marks for SC/ST) from a recognised university. +Valid score in INI CET.
D.M	-	The candidates must have passed the degree M.D. of this Institute or any other University or equivalent degree recognised by the MCI. +Valid score in INI CET.
M.Ch		The candidates must have passed the degree M.S. in surgery of this Institute or any other University or equivalent degree recognised by the MCI. +Valid score in INI CET.
Ph.D		Candidates must hold a master's degree (M.Sc) in relevant disciplines.

To gain admission in the above-mentioned programmes at AIIMS New Delhi, the candidates are required to appear for an entrance examination.

Hello,

The AIIMS BSc Nursing 2025 application process started on April 8, 2025, and will continue until May 7, 2025.

The entrance exam for BSc (Hons.) Nursing is scheduled for June 1, 2025.
