Goa University Facilities

Students enrolled at Goa University, Taleigao Plateau benefit from a range of Goa University campus facilities which include separate hostel facilities for both male and female students with priority given to PG and research students enrolled at the Goa University. While accommodation requests from students of affiliated colleges are considered based on availability. The Goa University hostel facilities come with mess facilities, WiFi internet connectivity, and a TV room. Goa University sports facilities consist of sports such as carom, table tennis, badminton, and volleyball. Moreover, during the academic term, Goa University provides bus service on working days at selected times to transport students to and from the departments.

Boys Hostel
Goa University boys hostel facility is available for outstation students. Postgraduate programme and research students are given priority for accommodation to the university hostels. Students of affiliated colleges can also apply for the university hostel. The hostels are fully wifi-enabled and pick and drop facility is available from hostel to the campus.
Girls Hostel
Goa University provides girls hostel facility to other students only after the enrollment of postgraduate and research students. If seats are available, then affiliated college students are also given the chance of accommodation in the hostel. Hostel rooms are equipped with all the basic facilities in addition to internet facilities. Mess facility is also available.
Banks/ATMs
There is an on-campus State Bank of India. 24X7 ATM facility is also available.
Convenience Store
The stores like stationery shop, photocopy shop, etc are available in the university campus.
Sports
The university provides a separate infrastructure for sports. Goa University sports facilities include both indoor and outdoor games. There is a 400-metre athletics track, volleyball and basket court, football ground, concrete pitch for cricket, kabaddi court, khokho ground, etc. Indoor games include chess, judo, powerlifting, weight lifting, taekwondo and many more.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
The guest house is equipped with all the basic facilities. Dining facility is also provided in the guest house.
Auditorium
Goa University facilities include an auditorium, which is used for conducting seminars, conferences and other academic functions. The auditorium is equipped with advanced technologies.
Library
Goa University library facility provides both physical and online resources. The physical and online resources include textbooks, reference books, encyclopedias, databooks, CDs, DVDs, educational videos, thesis, reports, national and international journals, etc. There is also a separate reading room in the library.
Medical/Hospital
The university has an on-campus medical clinic. Goa University medical facility provides an ambulance and medical officer.
I.T Infrastructure
The IT infrastructure of the university is well-maintained with computers in all departments. The computers are installed with latest software and are connected with high speed internet.
Alumni Associations
The University has a good networking for alumni association.
Cafeteria
Goa University cafeteria facility has hygienically prepared food. The cafeteria facility is available for both students and staff members.
Wifi
Goa University provides free wifi facility to the students and faculty members. The campus is fully enabled with wifi.
Laboratories
The university laboratories are equipped with all necessary equipment to conduct practicals and project works. There are also lab technicians to help and guide the students.

It's 10 on 10 because when I first entered the college it was under construction but now I am in 2nd yr and the infrastructure is really osm..♥️♥️. In our university we have lots of building is are also good but ours is something else.

Goa Business School offers a great learning environment for MSc Data Science it's campus is very big in greenary but if someone has no vehicle for them to travel from one block to another is difficult but campus is old not very up to date

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is average. Classrooms are decent and have the basic facilities required, but they are not very modern. One major issue is that the library is far from our block, which makes it difficult to visit frequently. The campus is clean and maintained well, but some buildings require renovation. Wi-Fi is available but not very strong in some areas. There are common areas for students to sit and relax, but more study-friendly spaces would be appreciated.The faculty is good but syllabus needs updates.

Students seeking admissions to MBA programmes need to qualify any National level management entrance exam.
