IIFT Delhi Facilities

Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) Delhi campus is situated in the Qutub Institutional Area and covers 6.5 acres of land. IIFT, Delhi, comprises 2 academic blocks and 2 residential blocks for students and visiting faculty. Additionally, a separate residential facility has been built for both male and female students, a short distance from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade Delhi campus.

Indian Institute of Foreign Trade Delhi facilities provide fully air-conditioned lecture halls equipped with modern audio-visual aids, conference halls for round-table conferences, an auditorium with a seating capacity of 450, and 2 computer labs. Other IIFT facilities include indoor and outdoor sports facilities, a library, and a gym, and the entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled.

Boys Hostel
IIFT Delhi has 3 hostels: C9 Hostel, New Hostel, and Old Hostel. The New Hostel is for senior M.B.A (IB) students, while the Old Hostel is for first and second-year International Business students. Indian Institute of Foreign Trade also provides a separate mess, television room, and table tennis facility.
Girls Hostel
IIFT, Delhi offers a separate hostel for female students as well. It offers separate hostels for first, second, and senior girls students. The IIFT Delhi hostel facilities for girls students consist of well-furnished rooms, a common room, a separate mess, a television room, and a table tennis facility, among others.
Library
The library at IIFT Delhi is a well-stocked and spacious library with updated knowledge. IIFT Delhi library offers a reading room and various resources such as textbooks, reference books, journals, periodicals, newspapers, magazines, CDs, and Bloomberg terminals. It has a collection that includes the latest books by well-known authors on topics such as Trade, Economy, Management, and WTO matters.
I.T Infrastructure
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade offers an excellent IT infrastructure facility to enhance its competitive advantage in education and research. The computer lab is open 24X7 with an adequate number of desktop computers for the students. These computers are equipped with various application software like SPSS, EViews, SAS, etc.
Auditorium
The auditorium of the IIFT institute is furnished with facilities such as air-conditioning, audio-visual systems, LCD projectors, and more, making it suitable for organising various events and seminars. Additionally, it can accommodate up to 450 individuals.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade also provides a guest house/waiting room for visiting faculty and student family members. These guest rooms are also well-equipped with all the necessary facilities.

College Infrastructure

Indian Institute of Foreign Trade can enjoy nature's beauty in the campus. campus has many facilities like well maintained Gymnasium. You can find Organic Farming facilities and Rain water harvesting facilities also. Mess food is also good. The only problem is transportation, you can't Find Ola, Uber etc. Only Private cars arranged by nearby shops are available which is costly. But if you have your own automobile then you are at safe side.

College Infrastructure

The college has all the requiredinfrastructure relating to education present. This includes smart classes, tech enabled library, portals such as Bloomberg for research, a finance lab, conference halls, auditorium, and the like. The class are air conditioned and the entire college is WIFI enabled. The hostels are cleaned regularly and the food provided is nutritious and good at taste.

i have a doubt regarding the cat , fms , dse and iift forms where they ask about 12th score iam a cbse student and i got 11th 495 out of 500 and 12th 400 out of 500 both 11th and 12th that is the aggregate score of my intermediate of 89.5 percent and only 12th is 80 % what should i give 89% or 80 %

Therefore, when filling out the forms for CAT, FMS, DSE, and IIFT, you should enter 80% as your 12th percentage. Iift kakinada is supported by iift delhi and the faculty is Experienced, High profile mostly are from iift delhi but kakinada placement is not as good as iift delhi you may get better placement opportunities in NMIMS, IMT, Ashoka School of Busines, Invicta shool of Business, etc.

Admission to IIFT Kakinada IPM is through IPMAT conducted by IIM Indore. A student who has passed 12th with atleast 60 per cent marks is eligible. The student must have 60 per cent in 10th. The student likely to appear in 12th are eligible.
