Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics and Instrumentation or Equivalent and a valid GATE score in ME/EE/EC/IN (for regular category only). OR Bachelor's degree from an IITs/IIITs/NITs/IISc or any Institute of repute in a relevant area with a minimum CGPA of 7.0 and/or 70% of marks. In this case valid GATE score is not mandatory for admission into M. Tech programme (for regular category only).
