Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak provides several infrastructural facilities for the students and staff such as a library with a collection of books, a separate hostel for boys and girls, computer labs to cater to the practical knowledge, a cafeteria to serve healthy food to the students, guest house, etc. Other facilities like a language lab, bank, ATM, post office, etc are also available for them.

Library: To cater to the information requirements, IGNTU has a well-equipped central library for the students and staff with a varied collection of books, resources, databases, etc. Students can visit the library during working thousand they have access to electronic information.
Hostel: IGNTU has separate hostels for boys and girls. Indoor and outdoor sports facilities are available for hostel students.
Computer Lab: The university also caters to the internet requirement and other computational needs of the students and the faculty. Students can get practical exposure for better learning.
Cafeteria: The cafeteria is commonplace for the students to hang out and is hygienically maintained. It offers a variety of cuisine, beverages and snacks to the students at an affordable price.
Guest House: IGNTU has a guest house inside the campus for the guests and parents visiting the campus for meeting the children, workshops, etc.
Transport: The university provides transportation facilities to the nearby students and staff so that they can travel between the city and the university easily. Buses ply to all the nearby locations.

Boys Hostel
The University has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Girls Hostel
The University has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Medical/Hospital
The University has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
Library
The University Library, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University is a Centre of information for the academic community of the University and is expected to be developed into a hub of knowledge to all the academic community and a gateway to national and global knowledge. It ensures fair access to knowledge to the academics on the campus in particular and to each individual related to the university in general. The Library started functioning in July 2009. Within a short period, it could attain a considerable level of development and is moving fast towards a fully automated library. The library is using KOHA Software for automation.
Sports
The University has sports facilities for all students.
I.T Infrastructure
The IGNTU is connected to the National Knowledge Network (NKN) through an optical fiber link with a bandwidth of 1 GBPS. A well-established NKN Center is placed at IGNTU campus that includes 1 router for Network and System administration, 1 High-Speed Internet Lab with 20 Computers, and 1 Video Conferencing Room. For enabling the campus indoor and outdoor WiFi and 2000 LAN node connectivity is under process. The University will provide 24 hours Network and Authenticated Internet access to all its employees and students placed at different departments of campus, Hostels, Staff Quarters and Visitors to enjoy the flexibility to access the web and exchange resourceful information from anywhere within the campus. IGNTU has established many computer laboratory and Language Lab for students.
Cafeteria
The University has a canteen facility for staff and students.
Auditorium
The University has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
Transport Facility
Buses of the University ply between Campus and Amarkantak, Campus and Pendra road, Campus and Rajendragram for students of the University.
Alumni Associations
The University has good networking for the Alumni association.
Banks/ATMs
The University has the Banks/ATM facilities for all students.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
The University has a guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
Laboratories
The University has a departmental based laboratories facility for the students.
Gym
The University has Gym facilities for the students.

College Infrastructure

infrastructure overall kaafi achha hai, khas kar rural area ke hisaab se. Campus kaafi bada hai, aur greenery se bhara hua hai, jo ek shaant aur natural environment deta hai padhai ke liye. Academic buildings naye hain aur classrooms bhi theek-thaak modern facilities se equipped hain jaise projectors, smart boards, aur basic furniture.

Infrastructure kafi Accha hai but ek central university ke hisab se thodi aur improvement ki jarurat hai . Buildings bhi kafi attractive aur clean lgti hai jinme elevator ???? bhi laga hua hai . Greenary aur yha ki tribal paintings bhut hi acchi lgti hain

College Infrastructure

IGNTU ka campus kaafi bada hai aur natural surroundings ke beech mein hai, toh yahan ka atmosphere kaafi peaceful lagta hai. Buildings thodi purani hain lekin kaafi maintained hain. Classrooms theek-thaak hain, kuch mein smart boards bhi lage hain, lekin sab mein nahi.Library achhi hai, wahan shaanti milti hai padhai ke liye. Labs bhi sahi hain, bas kabhi-kabhi equipment kam pad jaate hain ya kaam nahi karte, but mostly manage ho jata hai.Hostels kaafi spacious hain, lekin maintenance thoda aur better ho sakta hai. Cleanliness ka dhyan diya jaata hai, par kabhi issues aa jaate hain. Canteen mein khaana okay-okay hota hai kabhi accha lagta hai, kabhi bas theek.Campus mein har jagah greenery hai, toh walk karne ka maza aata hai.

counselling 2022 kab se start hoga

Hello,

To take admission to the various courses offered by the Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak candidates have to first enrol on the website of the university. After the successful registration, they have to select the programme they wish to pursue from the IGNTU and then generate a pre-enrolment copy for each programme they apply. The candidates have to appear for the university level counselling process and they will make a move to the final stage of the admission process that comprises document verification and fee payment. The news regarding the counselling will be declared in the official website for the latest information. The officials have not yet declared the dates.
