It cost me 2,16,000 per year which includes each and every thing of academics and which is value for money and engages the student to achieve their goals.
Campus life is so creative on daily basis events are organised for enhancing the participants and extracurricular of students cultural activities are done to help students and take part in all these activities
The college provides all the necessary facilities and equipment in the lab required for experiments and provide, it also provides Wi-Fi and projectors and the things are well maintained, the environment is hygienic and the washrooms are clean the classes are airconditioned.
I am studying b.tech-m.tech in biotechnology i chose this because of my interest in genetics and the quality if teaching is pretty decent and the curriculum includes the recent syllabus and teaches about modern development in field of biotechnology
the placement quality is good and majority of students get placed the highest offered packages are above 50 LPAs but but the average salary offered is not that great as a lot of the students get low salary
The course costs around 2.5 lakhs per year and the fees increases every year the fees, the fees is not value for money as a lot of students don't get a job with a pretty high placement it ultimately depends on the skills you learn during course
campus life is good a lot of extra curricular events are organized and students from different departments can interact with each other. the location of the campus is close to some tech companies that can be useful
Amity has good infrastructure with well-equipped classrooms featuring AC and comfy chairs, ensuring a great learning environment. While the absence of student - accessible lifts is a drawback, the facilities, including smart boards and WiFi in classrooms, contribute positively to the overall academic experience.
I studied Medical Biotechnology at Amity. Teaching quality was solid, and the curriculum stayed current. Labs were a highlight, but thanks to the pandemic, i couldn't explore it fully. Job readiness is decent, not direct, but it lays a strong foundation. I'd suggest going for a master's for a deeper dive into the vast biotech landscape.
At Amity for Medical Biotechnology, Placements were okay, not stellar. I'd suggest you to go for masters before applying for a job. Our 80% of the batch opted out from the placement cycle because they wanted to go for higher studies.
As far as I remember, It cost me around 75k-80k per semester.
Amity offers a vibrant atmosphere with top-notch facilities. Diverse activities cater to every interest. Be it dancing, singing, sports etc. etc.
Yes they provide all facilities like classrooms and labs are very clean and as i was in hostel they are also good and talking about food they are also hygienic. Campus is best like they have lots of departments and the best library.
I done my graduation in biotechnology and we have to do lab works because in my field practical knowledge is also important and faculties are good and supportive. They teach Behavioural science and foreign language toh enhance the personality of the students.
Placement is good but it depends on students. As i have done Bsc biotech in this field most reseach companies came and pharmacueticals. They recruit on the knowledge of research field like lab works and salary they provide are 10k -20k.
Amity has best in class infrastructure. Whole campus is centrally aur conditioned. It has a huge library with 1000s of books, journals, magazines and newspapers. There is a whole block dedicated to hostels and food court.
Quality of teaching is superb. Curriculum is updated every year with addition of latest topics and discoveries. Recent and latest research findings are also taught to students. Businesses languages like German, French, etc are also taught.
Students usually don't opt for placements. Rather they prepare for MS. Most of the students either prepare for MS entrance exams or for Graduate Record Examination. But those who opt, are surely placed.
Fees is nominal.
It was a great experience.
Campus equipped with modern facilities. Labs have all the necessary equipments. Sports facilities are poor as college doesn't provide those themself, they have partnership with Archadia and they cost heft charges to play. Hostels are average and have it's own problems.
Not good but average. They focus less on studies and more on attendence. Attendence will be a problem for you. 70 % faculty is good. Have good curriculum. But it solely depends on the student if he/she wants to study.
Biotechnology has a lower rate of placements. But this is just because of the Biotechnology sector, nothing to do with the college. They do their best in helping students. College is very supportive if you have an idea for startup. College have it's incubation centre.
Cost is high as it is a private University. BSc will cost you around 1.5 lacs per year and btech 3 lac per year (Biotechnology). Apart from studies college focus more on extra curricular activities to improve your CV.
You will enjoy your time. Infrastructure is good. Security is tight but will annoy you sometimes. Faculty is good and supportive. Classrooms are good and have comfortable seats and are equipped with projectors. College also organise different celebrity functions along with AMITY YOUTH FEST.
If you don't get a govt college and have no other options then amity will be a good choice. However college also provide full scholarship for students having above 95% marks. Don't go to Sharda you will regret it.
Hey there,
Both Manipal University and Amity University are good choices for an MCA. They differ, however, in focus as well as in the mode of learning.
Manipal University has made a name for itself with its excellent academic standards, NAAC A++ accreditation, and lovely campus facilities. It provides on-campus as well as online MCA degrees with the option to specialize in AI, ML, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing, along with a comprehensive study. The company hiring drives are excellent, with several top IT companies visiting the campus regularly. It is advisable to opt for this university if you are looking for a systematic, research-based, and industry-oriented program.
Comparatively, Amity University also offers MCA in both on-campus and online modes. The course is designed to provide flexibility to the learner. It is recognized by UGC and focuses on the latest tech fields like Blockchain, AI, and Data Science. What makes Amity strong is its large network, specifically designed courses, and support for placement, although its reputation fluctuates slightly from campus to campus.
The path to the choice is quite simple. If a reputed and research-driven environment is what you are looking for, you should definitely go for Manipal. However, if flexibility and getting your hands on the latest tech field are your priority, then Amity is a wonderful option to consider.
Hope it helps!!!
