Balaji Institute of International Business, Thathawade has a placement cell also called as Corporate Communications Cell for all placement-related activities. Balaji Institute of International Business placement cell helps to create a bond between the employer and students.

Every year, companies such as Colgate, Hyundai, Wipro, Accenture and others visit the campus to participate in the Balaji Institute of International Business placements drive and provide jobs to students. BIIB Pune also has a student manager who keeps all the records of placement data. The main responsibilities performed by the Balaji Institute of International Business placements committee are managing communications between students and the institute, fixing up dates for pre-placement talks (PPTs) and managing the CVs or profiles of students.

Placements

The quality of placements at BIIM is very good . According to college the placement rate is 100 percent. The highest package for year 2022 was nearly 19 lakhs and average package offered is around 7-8 lakhs .

Balaji takes special care when it comes to placements , palcements DEP,CRT,CPS teams works on placements.Every year more than 400+ companies vistit Balaji including Amazon, Mahindra, Deloitte,TVS,Amul, Asian paints, HUL etc... For recruiting balaji students. High package - 15 -16Lakh & avg 6 .5-7 L placements are good when it comes to ROI. The average package offered is 6.5 LPA and Highest package offered is 14 LPA in BIIP.
Companies like HDFC Bank,SBI mutual fund,HDFC Housing,Tally,S&P Capital IQ, etc usually visits on-campus for Finance field.

Both of these Colleges are among top b- schools. I'll provide you with the detail of both the colleges and you can decide accordingly.

BIIB, PUNE ( PGDM IN FINANCE )

It comes under one of the most trustworthy business schools in India. College consists of knowledgeable faculty with rich experience in their specific department. I know I say the right thing when I say that the college management and faculty teams are the essentials and backbone of this college.

College focuses on building up the passion and train them how to work under pressure. For this, the teachers take regular tests surprisingly or maybe knowingly, the sole purpose of this is only to enhance the efficiency of their students and make them dynamic to face any situation.

College is tied up with many companies that provide internship and pre-placement offer with starting stipend of Rs 6000. Company project studies for 2 months is also an essential part of the curriculum.

The important thing to note that the college provides hostel facility for the 1st year students and the 2nd year student shall look out for their own accomodation.

Highest Package:- 14 Lakhs

Fees:- 7.85 lakhs approx.

It is considered as the best affordable B-school which has facilities equivalent to some of the IIM's . Focuses on education as well as entertainment.

Facilitates placement of candidates in banks, Financial Institutions, insurance sector and other non-banking finance companies & for department.

College has tie-ups with different companies and providing highest stipend of Rs 22,000.

Highest Package:- 14 lakhs p.a.

Average Package:- 5-6 lakhs p.a.

Fees :- 8.15 lakhs approx.

Top Recruiters:- Tata consultancy services, capital first, KPMG, Deloitte, Axis Bank, State Bank of Hyderabad, Bank of Baroda, etc.

Both of the College has great infrastructure and provide great facilities, and the placement packages are also somewhat very similar. But according to me, there is variance in fees structure which is also a factor to consider while you decide for the College. So, as per my opinion I guess you should go for BIIB, Pune because the fees is comparatively less and the faculty is best as compared to IPE, Hyderabad. But again, the decision is at your discretion.
