First of all as per the percentile mentioned by you your predicted CRL rank lies somewhere between 143220 - 161000 . And the clossing rank for production engineering at BIT SINDRI is 136988 (as per the previous year cut off) . There there is a probability that you don't get a seat there , but since the difference between the predicted rank and closing rank of previous year is less , I would recommend you to apply and wait for the result . Ideally being from Jharkhand State, with EWS Advantage, securing anywhere above 91-93 Percentile in JEE Main, you have fair chances of securing a seat in BIT Sindri under Jharkhand State Engineering Counselling. Hello aspirant, according to JCECE final state merit list of 2020 your CML rank will be around 790. You have high probability of getting  lower branches like metallurgy or mining in Bit Sindri. Due to OBC category you can also get civil branch. Although your CML rank will completely depend on the percentile of other applicants but you still have a good chance.

You can also improve your score in upcoming JEE exam session 4.

At this rank with obc reservation quote your chances are very good of securing a seat in BITS SINDRI. If by any chance, you get ece stream then go for it because placement scenario of ece is also very good
