Hello aspirant, according to JCECE final state merit list of 2020 your CML rank will be around 790. You have high probability of getting  lower branches like metallurgy or mining in Bit Sindri. Due to OBC category you can also get civil branch. Although your CML rank will completely depend on the percentile of other applicants but you still have a good chance.

You can also improve your score in upcoming JEE exam session 4.

Since you're from BC-1 Category I guess around 85-86 percentile will be optimum for branches like Metallurgical, Chemical or Mining . But it may change this year. if you get under 1000 in JCECE Jharkhand State Merit List, You have high chances for getting into the college.

Being from OBC Category, securing anywhere around 87-88 Percentile in JEE Main, you have fair chances in making it into the Top 1000 in JCECE Jharkhand State Merit List, and hence fair chances in securing some of the Standard Branches at BIT Sindri like Metallurgical, Chemical or Mining. Hence you may consider 86-87 Percentile as a Threshold in JEE Main if interested in Pursuing Engineering from BIT Sindri being from OBC Category.

BTech admission is based on JCECE conducted by JCECE Board constituted by Govt of Jharkhand.

The College offers 10 specialisations under the BTech programme.

Like computer science engineering, electronic and communication engineering, civil engineering etc.

The documents required for you are :

• Documents required (self-attested photocopies) to be submitted with the college
• Final year/semester mark sheet & passing certificate of BE/BTech or equivalent.
• Certificate of class 10 and 12 class
