The college has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell that works all year round to identify recruitment opportunities for students studying at the institute. CIT Madhyamgram has appointed a training and placement officer who overlooks the entire placement process. The college collaborates with top companies for placements. Final year students of the college are required to register for placements through the placement cell. The data of candidates is then collected and sent to recruiters. The institute also has a training cell that organized frequent industrial visits and training sessions to prepare students to be better professionals.
