Application Process

The MBA application procedure at the CH Devi Lal Institute for Management Studies, Jagadhri consists of the following:

1. MAT Registration: Candidates should first register for the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) online on the AIMA website, opting for either Paper-Based Test or Computer-Based Test.

2. MAT Examination: Candidates are to show up for their MAT examination on the date scheduled by the authorities and must attempt every section of the exam.

3. CDLIMs Application: After MAT, candidates will then log onto the official website of CDLIMS and look for applications to the institute.

4. Application Form Submission: Properly filling out the CDLIMS MBA application with personal and academic information accordingly and ensure the application form is duly completed by all required fields.

5. Document Submission: Below-listed documents are to be prepared and submitted with the application:

• MAT score card
• 10th and 12th mark sheets
• Bachelor's degree certificate and mark sheets
• Valid ID proof
• Recent passport size photographs

6. Payment of Application Fee: The application fee as prescribed by the institute is to be submitted.

7. Admission Process: Applications will be checked and matched against MAT scores by CDLIMS. In next rounds of selection, shortlisted candidates will further be called for group discussion and personal interviews. 

8. Merit List: The successful candidates are those who have performed well overall in the MAT score and in other selection rounds.

9. Admission Confirmation: Successful candidates will be notified, and after that, the admission formalities such as payment of course fee along with documentary evidence for verification will be held.

MBA: CDLIMS conducts a full-time MBA program for 60 students that spans a period of 2 years, imparting training to students with a comprehensive understanding of business management principles and practices.

Admission into the MBA program at CDLIMS is primarily based on the ranking of the candidate in the written Management Aptitude Test (MAT) examination. The MAT tests the candidate in various aspects pertinent to management studies as follows:
