I'm pursuing my B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering and I feel the quality of education is excellent. Teachers are very supportive and communicate with students to understand their academic needs.Traditional method of blackboard teaching is combined with presentations and seminars by students to complement learning. Teachers and mentors also encourage students to participate in competitions and hackathons to apply classroom knowledge.
The placement record here is impressive. Though most of the high paying companies recruit from Computer Science and Information Technology branches of engineering, other branches are able to land decent packages as well. Realizing the need for knowledge in the IT sector, the college conducts programming and aptitude classes and tests. These initiatives allow students to crack company interviews easily.
CMR Institute of Technology offers a remarkable return on investment. The quality of education, exposure to market trends and overall personal development opportunities are well worth the tuition fees. The institute ensures that every rupee spent translates into a well rounded education that prepares students for their careers while not burdening them financially.
The student community is diverse, with the population representing every part of India. There are numerous student clubs both technical and non-technical, that allows students to interact. The annual cultural fest, Cultura, is the most awaited event here with the activities ranging from gaming competitions to fashions shows to DJ nights. The campus is located in vicinity of various IT parks and other organizations. There are many PGs and student accomodations arond the campus as well
The campus is well-built and well-maintained. The college has well-equipped laboratories, the library is well maintained and all classrooms have projectors. The college also has three grounds for various sports.
The faculty are quite friendly and approachable and their knowledge and guidance contribute to a strong academic foundation. There is also a tyl program for students to develop their coding and other skills required for placements.
The placement cell will guide you from the first year to prepare for your placements, helping you through aptitude and soft skill training. Around 70 % of the students are placed and the highest package was 25 Lakh last year from Amazon.
If you take admission via kcet it is quite affordable.
The college campus is beautiful and students have the chance to participate in a variety of technical and non-technical events held year-round by numerous clubs in CMRIT. The overall experience and environment are positive.
its a great campus the look and feel of the campus is good table benches are great u the look of cse dept in cmrit is really good u will like the way it looks all the classes has projectors to the labs have decent pcs
the teachers are great over here . there is a TYL clg stuff which helps u develop ur skill in coding overall increases ur skill to get placed easily i found the academics bit out dated to so check out stuff what to learn first
good amount of company come for the placement drive. u can get hire to a good company if u develop ur skill enough u need to score few marks in ur internals and also be multi tasking , overall its good about placements
good value for money college provides all the things
its great just at times it is hectic
was a great experience in here learning alot of things each day but it becomes hectic at times with all internals and assignments
the college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and types of equipment. a well-maintained lab, a well-maintained library, and classrooms have a capacity of above 100 students. living spaces are clean and food is hygienic
well, i am pursuing B.E. in CSE and i feel like the quality of teaching is good but sometimes you have to give your own efforts to score good marks. the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field in this year students get more opportunities to learn new
placement is fine there is a team that helps students with their placements and provides a well-mannered path to achieve dream companies. in my knowledge there are 96 percent of student get placed this year from core branches
single class can occupy 70-80 students ... each class has a projector , we have a large auditorium ... and many AV halls . separate volley ball court, basket ball court ,badminton court , 3 separate TT table , stationary , canteen with good taste of food
we have center of excellence(CoE) ..... we have separate classes for MOOC course wher we can study programming or practice hackathon , faculty are very helpful and has good knowledge about the subjects ,
average placement is 6LPA ... highest package was 25LPA for 5 students (ISE department) in the year 2022 . companies like phone pay gave 11LPA to 16LPA .... now the academics is full of IT courses no mechanical , civil and EEE courses
we have a very good schedule for classes . classes starts from 8:00am then after 2:00 we have other classes like MOOC, coding practice etc.
it is located in the IT HUB of Bangalore , easy connectivity for buss and metro
College infrastructure is good. Classrooms are bright, ventilated. Laboratories are pretty good, all the books are available in the library. We have alot of sport activities as well, clubs to join. Hostel I'm not quite sure. Canteen provides good hygiene food.
I'm doing AIML as Artificial intelligence is booming up and all the companies now are adapting to AI, using AI gadgets. So buy learning AI I am updated with the technologies that's being practiced currently in the industry.
Placements have been great. Our college provides TYL("Tie your laces" which will fetch you good placements and make you reach great places.) So basically TYL is like a subject that's all about logic and aptitude that helps us clear our exams during the placement interview. That's very helpful and they start teaching it from the 1st semester itself
Kcet students usually have to pay around 1.2 lakhs - 2lakhs. Whereas management is expensive. It costs around 3-5 lakhs depending upon your scores in the competative exams and 12th grades. It's worth it cause CMRIT has good ratings.
College campus is great.
The college infrastructure is good. Libraries are well equipped and are updated frequently as per the new syllabus. Laboratories are maintained well and fixed if there is any error. There are a lot of sports activities around the campus for interested students. Though Wifi is not accessible throughout the campus and is not that strong, this is one of the major drawbacks. There is a smart board in every classroom for flip classes and video sessions. The canteen is a little poorly maintained.
I am studying ECE and have currently joined in 2022. The teaching is good and up-to-date, and they follow the VTU syllabus completely. The correction at VTU might be a problem to most people, but it is still fine and manageable.
The cell will guide you from first year to prepare for your placements even helping you through aptitute and spoken english. I believe 70% of the students are placed and the highest ever was 25 lakh last year by amazon. The average package is around 7.3 LPA.placement
The cost is increasing every year. And its worth could be debatable. There are pros and cons
Campus life is good. The best part is the environment and the teachers. The faculty is always ready to guide you and the students are all well-mannered and friendly
Though attendance is a problem at the college, it could be a way to keep us focused on academics.
our college has all the required facilities and equipment like an inbuilt projector for presentation. Dedicated lab and well-maintained library and our college have one big playground with a basketball court and badminton court and a large parking space.
I'm studying information science and engineering at CMR Institute of Technology. All the professors are really good and helpful in academics and they also support us to take part in hackathons and explore research fields.
The placement cell of our college is really very good. Most of the company like Samsung, PayPal, PhonePe, etc visit our college for hire. On average 80% of students got placements in our college. For placement, our college takes one TYL course that is very helpful for our coding round.
if you are a comedk student then your per year fees may be approx 2.7lac per annum without hostel fees.
The infrastructure is great here. They have all the needed facilities, a great library and hostel accommodations. The classrooms are equipped with projectors. There's a small gym too. The Labs have great systems, so the experience isn't hindered.
I'm doing CSE here and the teaching so far has been great. Teachers are easily accessible and really do their best to explain a concept to you. The faculty are knowledgeable and encouraging as well. They help you learn real life skills and not just stick to syllabus.
Placements here are great as well. People have gotten placed for 15LPA+ packages, average would be around 5-6LPA. They have a placement training program called Tie Your Laces, which goes on for 4 years trying to equip you with soft skills and technical knowledge, it can sometimes be hectic though.
I paid COMEDK fees and don't regret it. It was pretty good environment to be in and did help me develop my skills as an engineer overall.
The campus is great, we have a canteen as well. Students can participate in club activities (lots to choose from, reputed clubs as well). There's cultural activities too! The college is in AECS Layout and there's Brookefield Hospital literally like 4 minutes away, so it can handle emergencies.
The college is honestly great man. They try their best to get you placement ready, and conduct so many activities to help you foster your skills. They help you focus on great opportunities as well! The faculty are really supportive and encouraging.
The college infrastructure is well-maintained and has all the necessary facilities for a student to learn and explore their abilities. All the labs are well-equipped and clean. The computer labs are also up to date with decent hardware and all the required applications necessary for an information science student.
I am pursuing B.E. in Information Science and Engineering, and the quality of the teaching is commendable. All the faculty members are helpful towards students and motivate them to learn about new technology and make practical implementations.
From my understanding, the placement cell is highly active and ensures that students across all disciplines are placed by the end of their courses. They also have tie-ups with foreign companies that directly place students in countries like Japan.
As I am a student who came in through government quota, I feel I am getting value worth my money.
The campus is decently big, though not one of the largest in Bangalore. But the campus itself is covered in trees and artwork done by students and hence has a good vibe all around. There are several areas where students can either chill or be productive.

Hello,
Yes, CMR Institute of Technology (CMRIT) Hyderabad provides internships to students. In fact, they have a dedicated *Internship Policy* that outlines the guidelines and procedures for student internships
Additionally, CMRIT's Placement Policy also mentions that students who receive placement offers from internship companies must inform the institute
This suggests that the college has a strong focus on providing students with hands-on industry experience through internships.

Hope this helps,
Thank you
Hello Mohan!
Both the institutions have their strengths in comparison between CMRIT and SJBIT. Nevertheless, some differences may come handy below while finalizing your decision:
Placements
Infrastructure and Facilities:
Both the colleges have very good infrastructures with labs, libraries, and sports facilities. Still, SJBIT has a slightly larger campus space of 13 acres and does not have a few modern amenities like a Wi-Fi-enabled campus. CMRIT is located in one of the prime locations in Bangalore, which could offer much better networking and internship opportunities.
Accreditation:
Student Reviews and Faculty:
Both colleges receive good reviews about the faculty and quality education but CMRIT is quite famous for its industry connections because of its location.
If placements and campus infrastructures are valued, then SJBIT would suit their needs. But if location as well as networking opportunities are the only criteria then, CMRIT would have more benefits since it is located in Bangalore.
If placement and industry connections are your top priority, KLE Technological University might be the better choice. However, if you prefer a smaller institution with a close-knit community, KLS GIT could be a good fit. Researching recent student reviews and reaching out to current students or alumni can also provide valuable insights.
