As a first year student at CMRIT in the CSE(AIML) branch, I have spent the last few weeks exploring every corner of the campus and I have to say, the infrastructure here is pretty impressive and student friendly. The college is located in Marathahalli which is a busy tech hub in Bangalore, so the vibe around the campus is energetic and modern. The classrooms are spacious and well-lit, with projectors and smart board in every rooms. Most of our lectures use slides and digital content, so having AV setups really helps. The computer labs are where we spend a lot of time. The systems are decent and have good internet creativity. We also get access to cloud platforms like Google Colab for our coding assignments. The library is one of my favourite spots, it is quiet, air conditioned and has a solid collection of textbooks, reference materials, and journals. There is also a digital library section where we can access e-books and research papers. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled, so it can be used. There is a central auditorium for events and its really well-maintained. The canteen and cafeteria are clean and functional. Food provided here is hygenic. Hostel facilities are available too . They are clean and secure.There is gym, sports room, and a medical centre on campus which adds to the overall convenience. Overall, the campus has a professional feel.

As a first year CSE-AIML student at CMRIT, I have found the academic environment to be engaging so far. The syallabus follow VTU guideline and is upadated, but our department adds extra workshops and coding sessions to make things more practical. The faculty is approchable and supportive. Most professors explain concepts clearly and are open to dubts, even outside class hours. The encourage us to go beyond textbooks- like joining technical and non technical clubs, participating in hackathons and taking online courses. Lab sessions are well- organized giving us hands-on experience with coding and hardware. There is mentorship system where each student gets assigned a faculty mentor which is helpful when you are adjusting to college-life.The academics at CMRIT feel structured but flexible enough to grow. There's a lot to gain here.

After talking to seniors and checking the stats.. For the academic year 2024 , the placement percentage is 96.82% with 669 out of total students getting placed. The general placement rate is in the range of 80%-90% range. The highest package is 46.64 LPA (in the year 2024) and it went to a ISE student , securing offer from Belc Co.ltd. For most students the average package was around 6.99 LPA with the median package close to 5.6 LPA. Top recruiters include PhonePe, Hitachi, Federal bank, Belc, Infosys, TCs, Wipro, Capgemini and Cognizant. The college starts placement training from the first year itself focussing on aptitide, coding and soft skills. there's also a dedicated placement cell that helps with internships amd resume building.

The fee paid here is worthy. As I was enrolled through KCET my fees was around 1.28k. The fee differs for students getting enrolled through COMED-K and Management seats. CMRIT offers good value for the investment.

Life at CMRIT is lively, diverse and full of opportunities to explore. There are tons of clubs- coding, dance, music, fashion, phtography, drama and even entrepreneurship. I enjoyed the tech clubs personally, The college hosts several event throughout the year. CULTURA is the big cultural fests and TECHNOZION is the tech fest. Even as a fresher, you are encouraged to participate which helps build confidence and friendships. People are here to assist with scholarships and higher studies too. So, its not just about studying- its about discovering yourself

My first year at CMRIT has been an amazing experience so far. The college has a beautiful campus with great facilities like clean classrooms , well equipped labs, and a library where I actually enjoy spending time. The environment is lively and full of energy , and it really motivates me to do better every day. The teachers here are very supportive and friendly . They explain concepts clearly and are always ready to help us after class. I really appreciate how they focus not just on theory,but also on practical learning which makes studying more interesting. There are also plenty of clubs and activities to be a part of. I joined a couple of student clubs and met so many new friends. The college fests are super fun and full of creativity .Its a great way to relax and learn. one of the best things about CMRIT is how much importance they give to placements and career growth.Even as first year students we get to attend seminars and workshops that prepare us for the future.

I am studying in CSE(AIML) . The quality of teaching in CMRIT is really good. Most of the teachers know their subjects well and explain things clearly. They are friendly and easy to talk to if you have doubts. There are also regular tests and assignments that help us stay updated.

The quality of placements has been decent every year.Most number of students are placed in good companies.In 2024 the placement percentage is 96%.CMRIT shows strong placements % overall. You stand a good chance of getting placed. Most students say that the placements team works really hard to train students for placeents and interview. Regular aptitude classes , mock tests, and soft skills sessions help students feel confident when companies visit the campus. In recent years around 95-98% of eligible students have been places,which shows that the college focuses well on career development.The avearge package is around 6 lakhs per year and the highest package is 44 lakhs.

CMRIT is considered fairly good in terms of value for money. The college fees are moderate comparitively and students feels that the facilities are worth the money.Most of the students say the returns are worth the investment.

CMRIT offers good value for the money compared to many private engineering colleges in Bangalore. The quality of education, infrastructure, and placements justifies the fees charged. The faculty is well-qualified, and the teaching standards are high, especially in core engineering and computer science branches.

The infrastructure is 10/10. The college is green and well maintained.The labs are very well organized and advanced. The classrooms are very spacious and comfortable to sit in. The central library has many books which u can easily borrow.

The professors are very friendly and interactive.They help you with studies and clear all your doubts. If there is any hackathons or events then they help you prepare for it so that you can learn and participate. They help you grow and learn.

The highest paclage of the college was 47lpa this year which was given by a japanese company and the average is around 6-7 lpa. If you manage to maintain good cgpa then you can easily get placed in good company.

The college is value for money in terms of kcet and comedk. It can be little expensive in terms of management but the college provides many schlorships which you can easily apply for.

The campus life is great as the students are very friendly and interact well. The canteen food is 10/10 and makes you east the food again and again. Make sure to try the masala dosa because its really good. The college conducts hackathons and events regurlarly.

Overall, the college is really good. If you are looking for a college which is peaceful yet fun then this is for your time to shine in our college.

I’ve been studying at CMRIT, Bangalore for the past two months, and my experience so far has been really good. I've been so impressed with the faculty here. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell they're passionate about what they do. They've made even the most complicated topics easy to understand and are always willing to help. Their experience really shines through in the way they teach and prepare us for our careers.

I've been so happy with the placement support here. The placement rates are actually really good for our course. The faculty is a huge reason for that; they're so dedicated and they spend a ton of time helping us prepare. They make sure we're ready for everything from our core subjects like Data Structures and DBMS to the official placement drives.

The campus atmosphere here is truly amazing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, so it's really easy to meet people and make new friends. CMRIT college has well structured infrastructure organised well. Campus covered beautifully with greenery. Library and labs are well equipped. All the necessary infrastructure and facilities are available.

The quality of teaching in CMRIT college is nice . Each and every faculty will always be there to help you apart from academics also. The syllabus is updated with industrial requirements and are taught well.

Considering the architecture , campus, gym the fees is justified. The teaching and the average placement according to fees is justified. Students get good return in terms of learning , placement and career.

Taking admission in this college and following all the guidelines given by faculties and placement cell one can get high package.

The College Infrastructure is good. There are many more latest techs coming to the college as they come in market. There are great laboratories that cater to all needs such as dedicated Computer labs with all the latest technologies. There is a big physics and chemistry labs for the first year engineering students. There's a lab called Maker's Space where you have the 3D printers and other machines which can be used to develop your own parts for your robots and other technologies that you want to develop. There is a Entrepreneur Cell which helps you start your start up and also helps in raising funding. The sports center is also developing. There is great space for playing basketball, table-tennis, badminton and a big green turf. The gym is also present. So all in all the College has great infrastructure and is still developing with changes around.

I'm studying Information Science Engineering from CMR Institute of Technology, Bangalore. I am currently in my 5th Semester. The academic teaching here is good as well and the teachers provide a lot of support to students for placements and other curricular activities such as hackathons. There is also a TYL Program called Tie Your Laces program which is curated to help with placements. So overall the teaching is good. The teachers have core domain knowledge and there are teachers available for each domain that you would like to pursue and can help in that field. For academic purposes would recommend joining the college 100%. Also they guide if you plan to pursue higher education.

CMRIT has a TYL program from 1st semester of engineer . this program makes you placement ready and prepares you for various assessments which will take place during placements like soft skills , Programming(P1 to P4) , Aptitude and Language .

The ratio of fees charged by CMRIT and the value you will get from that is very good . CMRIT connects you with industry experts , helps building your career profile in a way that is desirable by the industry hence justifying the fee it charges.

CMRIT has it's own on campus hostel for both girls and boys . The campus has multiple cafeterias and canteens along with a fully equipped gym and sports complex. The campus also has turfed cricket/Football ground as well as a practice net.

Concluding my review about CMRIT , i will like to say that Overall CMRIT is a GOATED college if you want to be involved with the bengaluru IT ecosystem and connect and learn from the best of the best.
