Degree-wise Admission Process
B.Tech Agricultural Engineering:

The approved intake is 70 students.
Diploma in Agricultural Engineering:
Admission may be based on performance in state-level diploma entrance exams or 10+2 results.
The intake for this program is 35 students.
M.Tech Programs:
M.Tech in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering
M.Tech in Farm Machinery and Power Engineering
M.Tech in Processing and Food Engineering
Each program admits 6 students.
Admission is based on GATE scores followed by an interview process.
Candidates must have a B.Tech or equivalent degree in Agricultural Engineering or related fields.
Ph.D. Programs:
Ph.D. in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering
Ph.D. in Farm Machinery and Power Engineering
Ph.D. in Processing and Food Engineering
Each program admits 3 students.
Admission requires a Master's degree in the relevant field of Agricultural Engineering. The selection process includes an entrance test and/or interview.
