Hello aspirant,
Yes, a student who secures a seat through the NEET MDS exam and later gets selected in the INI CET exam can leave the NEET MDS seat. There is no specific provision for debarment or any other penalty in such cases.

However, it's important to note that:

  • Counseling rules: The counseling authorities for NEET MDS may have specific guidelines regarding withdrawing from a seat after accepting it. It's advisable to check the rules and regulations of the counseling body to understand any potential consequences.
  • Seat forfeiture: If a student leaves a NEET MDS seat after accepting it, the seat may be forfeited, and it could be offered to another candidate.

It's recommended to consult with the counseling authorities or the concerned medical college for detailed information on the specific procedures and implications of leaving a NEET MDS seat.

I hope this information helps you.

Hello Aspirant

Unfortunately, with a 13 percentile in MH CET and 45 marks, it's unlikely that you'll secure admission into a pharmacy college in Maharashtra.

The cutoff marks for pharmacy colleges in MH CET can vary significantly depending on factors like the college's reputation, location, and the number of applicants. However, given the high competition for pharmacy seats, a percentile score of 13 is generally considered very low.

Hello student,

With a 60 percentile in PCM CET and belonging to the OBC category, getting into top mechanical engineering colleges in Pune, Nagpur, or Mumbai might be challenging. However, you can still consider some options:

Pune:

  • D.Y. Patil College of Engineering
  • Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE)
  • MIT Academy of Engineering

Nagpur:

  • Priyadarshini College of Engineering
  • Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering
  • KDK College of Engineering

Mumbai:

  • Atharva College of Engineering
  • Vidyalankar Institute of Technology
  • Thakur College of Engineering and Technology

If these options don't work, you can explore colleges in other cities like Nashik, Kolhapur, or Aurangabad, where the competition might be slightly lower.

With a 98.38 percentile in the PERA CET, you have a very good chance of securing a seat in Computer Science at KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai.

KJ Somaiya is a highly reputable engineering college, and while the competition for Computer Science is fierce, your percentile is well above the average cutoff. However, the final decision will depend on the exact cut-off released by the college, which can vary based on factors like the number of applicants and the difficulty level of the exam.

To increase your chances:

  • Participate actively in the admission process: Ensure you complete all necessary documents and attend counseling sessions as scheduled.
  • Research the college: Familiarize yourself with KJ Somaiya's admission criteria, fee structure, and placement records.
  • Explore other options: While KJ Somaiya is a great choice, consider exploring other top engineering colleges in Maharashtra to have a wider range of options.

Remember, the final decision will depend on the cut-off released by the college.

Hello,

The "refuse option" in CET CAP round 1 isn't explicitly mentioned, but the "reject option" is available. The reject option allows candidates to reject the offered seat and participate in the next round. For CAP round 1, the reject option was available from August 16 to 18, 2024. For CAP round 2, the reject option will be available from August 27 to 29, 2024.

Hope this helps,

The last year cut-off for Saket College of Physiotherapy in the CET exam for the SC category can vary based on several factors such as the number of applicants, seat availability, and overall exam difficulty. Unfortunately, specific cut-off details for the SC category at Saket College of Physiotherapy are not readily available.
