If you are residing at city of coaching in the state of Kerala at least the last 10 years tenure domicile certificate will be from the state of Kerala. If you are studying in Mumbai for the last 10 years then your certificate will be from the state of Maharashtra. Mention conditions should have to follow by you whether you have deciding at the state of Kerala for the last 10 years. If you are deciding at the state of Kerala for the last 10 years then you do missile certificate will be from the state of Kerala and you have to submit it for the exam of Maharashtra common entrance test for LLB 3 years courses.

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that YES, you can change your Engineering college from 1st Semester and can write your CET exam again. But, I think that you need to give the whole 1 year fees and it will not be refunded.

It also depends upon other colleges, whether you need to give some other entrance exams as well. You need to talk to your College head and the University to leave your college and the reason for it. Then you cna join other engineering college through KCET Exam.

With regard to your question, as if you had mentioned that you are going to click that you doesn't have an NCL certificate, so then you category will be considered as general by the authorities. Then you ranking and all will be done based on that general category criteria itself. It doesn't matter what you will submit during the admission process. The certificate you produce during application will be valid.

Our college has all the necessary facilities. It has an amenities centre for women. The classrooms have projectors and there are several conference halls. The central library provides technical books and there are libraries in each department as well. The living spaces are clean and well maintained.
