Yes, for seat allotment through cet that means Maharashtra common entrance test candidate should have to secure at least 45% marks for general category student and 40% marks for other reserved candidate. He who will secure more than more than 45% marks in 12 class examination will also get a preference in seat allotment. The seat allotment is based on the preference of the marks achieved in 12th class examination, the availability of seats, and on the merit list finally through the Maharashtra State examination of 2022.

B.Tech candidates in Maharashtra applying either through JEE Main or MHT CET will have to fill the application form but candidates with JEE Main score need not appear in MHT CET . Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech courses in Maharashtra need to appear in the Engineering Common Entrance Test called MHT CET 2022 .
To be eligible for MHT CET,
General category candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognized board/ University. SC/ST/OBC category candidates must have 40% and above in class 12.
Candidates must have studied with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects.

With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that with the above rank scored by you in neet 2021, the chances for you to get vetenary government colleges in rajasthan are quite less as your rank is little less.
According to the previous year cutoff, the minimum cutoff rank for SC category to get government seat in vetenary colleges through NEET exam was around 10k-33k, while for ST category it was around 64k-70k.

MHT CET LAW is conducted in 2 languages, first one is English and other one is Marathi. So you can definitely appear for it in Marathi language.
MHT CET LAW is conducted by CET cell Maharashtra for admission to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes offered by the law colleges in the state of Maharashtra. The test is conducted in Computer Based mode and it consists of total 150 questions (Multiple Choice Questions). MHCET LAW comprises of following sections :-

As you have secured 85 percentile approximately in common entrance test for bsc nursing and other paramedical courses so let me tell you that there are more chances to get paramedical courses . For bsc nursing I would recommend you to kindly look for the colleges which has lower cut offs.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
But on a general basis you can be rest assured that you will get a seat in some or the other good college.

Hope you are doing great, YES, you can get admission in DA_IICT with your GUJCET score. But, mostly the JEE mains marks were considered for getting admission into DA-IICT, however, if there any vacant seats, then you can get a seat in the college, based on your merit score in GUJCET.
