There are maximum of 3 attempts available for the MHTCET. So if you have taken admission in some college and you are in the 2nd year then you have 1 attempt left. So you can apply for the MHTCET, if you get some better college then you can leave your present college. There's no issue regarding that, but many colleges are there for leaving the courses in mid-sessions they charge some money. SO you have to take care of that. Apart from that there are not much of a problem.

The full form of MH CET Law is Maharastra State Common Entrance Test for Law and its offered by Law Colleges in the State for state-level law entrance exam conducted by the State CET Cell, Maharastra for admission to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes.
You should complete your Class 12th from recognized board to apply for MH CET LAW.

Yes after diploma you can do btech ,also if you are a diploma holder then you can also take admission directly in 3rd semester of btech means in second year ,it is the benefit to have a diploma ,it is good also as you can save your one year but you would be getting additional subjects like M1, M2 again and you need to clear it then proceed with your regular subjects.It can ba a disadvantage to you and many other aspirants

In AIQ counselling you can take fill the colleges of any of the state you want, because there are no restrictions and AIQ counselling is conducted for :-

For MHTCET 2022, there are 3 attempts available for a candidate to appear for the entrance. If you are in 2nd year so expected that you have given 1 attempt or 2 attempt so still you have one attempt left and you can appear for the MHTCET engineering entrance.

The publication of state merit list was supposed to be released by the officials yesterday that is on 13th January 2022 but it is not yet released. There is no information from the officials regarding the delay so maybe by tomorrow it can be released. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Maharashtra is the competent authority to conduct Maharashtra MBBS admission. Authorities have released the information brochure of Maharashtra NEET 2021 admission at info.mahacet.org.
