Hi,
BIT Banglore CSE is the best for placements. This college offers better placement than DSCE. The average placement from BITN Banglore in CSE is 8 LPA and that from DSCE, the average package is around 7 LPA. Th highest salary package offered in BIT is 18 LPA and the highest salary package offered in DSCE is 14 LPA. BIT also has better infrastructure, facilities and faculty as compared to DSCE. You should definitely go for BIT, Banglore.
I hope this helps,
All the best
Dear aspirant,
If you were to take my opinion I would recommend you to take cse in BIT Bangalore because bit is definitely a bigger brand than dayanand Sagar.
Companies like microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, cognizant, Flipkart, jp Morgan, Morgan Stanley and many other it firms comes recruitment where as in dsce companies do not come at a greater number.
Dear aspirant,
No. You can not get the seat in DSCE college for computer science engineering with your getting rank 23751.
DSCE college cut off rank for computer science engineering is 20300 rank. If you get the 20000 rank below this year then only they will accept the seat allotment otherwise not accepting any category rank to allotment in this college. As you mentioned in the question like SCG category but the college cut off rank is not matching your KCET rank.
Hope this is helpful to you,
Thank you.
Dear aspirant,
Yes, you do have chances for procuring a seat in this college for the cse branch as you would get the benefit of the sc category. However there are other things that need to be considered like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
As per my knowledge you have good chances but may vary a bit due to the above mentioned factors .
For more information you can check out the link given below-
https://dqxeclau.top/colleges/dayananda-sagar-college-of-engineering-bangalore/cut-off
Hello Ankit,
You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. For your COMEDK UGET Rank you have chances of getting Electronics and Communication Engineering branch in only Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Mysore based on previous year's cut-offs.
Previous year's COMEDK UGET cut-offs for Electronics and Communication Engineering branch in the Colleges you have mentioned is mentioned below.
Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Mysore : ECE - 34,242
Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore : ECE - 16,258
JSS Science and Technology University, Karanataka : ECE - 11,855
But cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficulty level of the exam, etc.
To predict Colleges based on your COMEDK Rank go through below mentioned College Predictor Tool.

I hope this information was useful.
Best of Luck!!
Hey aspirant,
Choosing between CSE and ECE can be a bit tricky but here are some key points which can help you make a better choice for yourself:
1. See if you want to learn coding and have keen interest in learning different machine languages. If this makes you happy then go for CSE.
2. ECE can be a better option for candidates who do not have a good knowledge about coding and see if other topics can interest them.
3. CSE ensures that you are going to IT sector but ECE can give you Job in IT sector as well as other core jobs.
4. Both CSE and ECE are good branches from placement point of view and highest package of any college comes from either of the branches almost every year.
As far as you are confused about the colleges....more or less there are similar facilities so go with the branch as I would like to say.
Hope this helps you.
Hello Aspirant.
Yes, you can change your branch in DSCE{ Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering} without any management quota but you'll just have to fulfill their criteria of admission in the college. For the branch change the specified CGPA which will be mentioned by the college for the admission should be secured by the student. But really sorry to say that the change of branch in engineering colleges is rarely possible as the branch change depends upon the number of factors such as the vacant seat in that specific college , your CGPA for the admission. In order to change your college branch to DSCE it is only possible when your grades are better from first one.
The competition would be high and possibilities of successful branch changes are less(there would be no vacant seats as DSCE is always filled ever year).
The information provided above is best of my knowledge and hope that you have got your answer.
ALL THE BEST, DON'T LOOSE HOPE AND STAY MOTIVATED.
Thankyou.
