Holy Cross College of Management and Technology (HCCMT), located at Puttady in the Idukki district of Kerala, is an eminent institution with a vast array of programs in management and technology. The college stands apart in its admission policies whereby students with any disabilities are welcomed into the programs with merit being the criterion in decision making. Admission Process Degree wise

HCCMT has 9 programs each in various disciplines. Here follows a degree-wise admission process:

B.A. English Literature, Communication and Journalism: This course aims to enhance language skills and media appreciation. Probably admission is based on the 10+2 results emphasizing English proficiency. 

BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration): This program imparts management skills to students. Considering 10+2 scores, the process may also have a test/interview at the college level.

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications): Though for tech-enthusiasts, admit to this program will look at an applicant's strength in mathematics and computer science at the 10+2 level.

B.Com Computer Application and B.Com Finance and Taxation: These commerce streams may have similar admission criteria emphasizing the 10+2 marks, with special consideration given to commerce or mathematics subjects.

BTTM (Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management): Here, this specialized program might look 10+2 marks, plus some inclination toward the tourism industry.

MA Human Resource Management: An undergraduate degree is ideally required to be in the field closely aligned with this master's program; however, entrance followed by the interview is envisaged.

M.Com Finance and Taxation: Perhaps candidates for admission to this program must possess a B.Com degree while giving some weight to the overall assessment of relevant subjects.

MTTM (Master of Tourism and Travel Management): Holding a first degree in any discipline may gain applicant acceptance into this specialized master's degree program, with admission tests and/or interviews being possible.
