If you want me to compare these two colleges, I will go with Quantum University because it is rated "AAA" for engineering courses. Also, placement-wise, it is rated better than Dev Bhoomi Group Of Institute. Approximately 75% of the batch were placed in Dev Bhoomi Group Of Institute while almost 85% of the batch were placed in Quantum University.

As per your mentioned query , if you want to get admission in Ramaiah institute of technology in B.E / B.arch course then you have to give entrance exams like KCET / COMEDK and NATA scores respectively.

If you want to do m.tech then you have a valid score in GATE / PGCET exam . In the course of MBA , MSRIT also considers the score of MAT/ CMAT for selection.
