IPS Institute of Professional Studies, Meerut Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

IPS Institute of Professional Studies, Meerut, is a well-known affiliated college with a broad-based network of undergraduate and diploma courses. Admission into various programs is the process of picking candidates deemed worthy from among prospective applicants. Application Process

The application process for IPS Institute of Professional Studies, Meerut varies according to the course selected:

1. Obtain an application form from the admission office of the institute or most likely download it from the official website.

2. Application form is filled: Fill in all the details in the application form that are necessary, with emphasis on personal data and academic details.

3. Required documents are to be attached: Prepare and attach all requisite documents that may include:

• Passport size photographs
• 10th and 12th mark sheets
• Character certificate from the last attended institution
• Transfer certificate
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Any other relevant certificates as specified by the institute

4. Application to be submitted: Duly filled application forms, along with all required documents, should be deposited in the admission office of the institute prior to the last date.

5. Entrance examination (for B.Ed and D.El.Ed): Candidates will have to appear for the entrance examination if applicable, as per the schedule announced by the institute or the affiliated university.

6. Merit list and counseling: A merit list will be prepared by the institute based on the qualifying examination scores and/or entrance exam results. Then the selected candidates will be called for counseling and document verification.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed: The B.Ed program at the IPS Institute of Professional Studies has an intake of 100 seats. Admission to the B.Ed course is merit-based concerning the marks secured by the candidates in qualifying examinations and/or in the entrance examination. Admission is then done as per the policies of the State Government and the affiliated University.

BBA, BCA, and B.Com: The intake for all three programs is 60 seats per program. Generally speaking, the admission process for these programs is primarily merit-based based on the qualifying examination; exception may apply for specific instances. 

BA: At 140, the Bachelor of Arts program has greater acceptance than any other program. The common understanding, though, is that there is no mention of how the merit of the qualifying examination will be considered for admission into the program. 

D.El.Ed: The Diploma in Elementary Education follows an admission process similar to B.Ed. Candidates are selected based on their performance in the qualifying examination and/or an entrance test, adhering to the policies of the State Government.
