Jawaharlal Nehru New College of Engineering, Shimoga offers admissions to three various levels of programmes, which include undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels under different specialisations. JNNCE admissions under different specialisations such as management and business administration, engineering and architecture, and others. 

Jawaharlal Nehru New College of Engineering Shimoga admissions are granted to candidates who meet the eligibility criteria. For JNNCE admissions, the entrance exams accepted by the institute are COMEDK UGET, KCET for UG B.Tech courses. JNNCE Shimoga PhD Admissions Process

• Firstly, candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria for the courses,

• Then, candidates may fill in the VTU application form and qualify for the ULRA test.

• Candidates who have qualified in the written test will be shortlisted for a personal interview.

• A merit list will be prepared based on the scores of the entrance test (25% weightage), personal interview (25% weightage) and qualifying exam (50% weightage).
