The faculty is good and helpful. Some of the teachers have really excelled in their area and are v good at teaching. Besides this, I believe studies could be made more inclusive and innovative to make it less book centric and more intresting. Due to the NEP the burden is more as the extra subjects that are taught usually end up becoming too theoretical instead of actually teaching us some useful skill or value.
Faculty is knowledgeable and assistant. Most professors explain well, and the course structure is well organized. Presence is important, but the environment is not very strict. Guests are lectures and workshops that add to learning.
Regarding botany honours courses there are various meticulous Associate and Assistant professor are present who will help you regarding any doubts you have. The main focus here is on academics and the department will try to provide career counselling session to the students for future purposes.
