The hostel facilities are adequate, and the rooms are neatly kept and cozy. Basic facilities such as canteens, cafeterias, banking facilities, and a guest house are available within the campus. Wi-Fi and library facilities are good, and the campus provides a serene environment which is excellent for academics.

The teaching staff for the BBA course is friendly and experienced. The majority of the professors are highly qualified and emphasize hands-on learning as well as theoretical knowledge. There isn't any rigid 75% attendance requirement in BBA, which provides students with some level of flexibility, but some core departments have it in place. The course structure is reasonable and consists of academic as well as skill-based topics.

The placement prospects for BBA students in Sikkim Manipal University are relatively fewer as opposed to technology-based courses. The majority of the on-campus recruitment is IT and consulting based, so core business or management placements are relatively fewer in number. Yet, corporations like Adrosonic, Accenture, TCS, Infosys, and Wipro also recruit on campus, and a limited number of management positions are available during pooled placement drives.

The infrastructure at Manipal was generally quite good. There were dedicated computer labs for BCA students with good machines and stable internet. The library contained a reasonable collection of books and journals during academic work, especially project time and exam period. Hostels were neat and tidy.

Teachers were supportive and well-qualified, particularly in fundamental programming and database courses. The course structure was industry-basic aligned, although more advanced or upcoming tech areas such as AI/ML had not yet been covered in the BCA program during my batch. Semester examinations were manageable with good preparation, and the percentage of passing remained steady.

During my tenure at Manipal University, placements for the BCA course were decent. Although the university had a good placement cell, most of the top companies like Amazon or Palo Alto concentrated on engineering or tech-specialized courses. For BCA, some students got placed in companies like Accenture and Infosys, but most had to find jobs off-campus. Placement support was present, but the competition was high and opportunities limited.

Academic block are very nice clean and very hygienic .All teachers have their own chamber. every class room have sufficient electricity supply. All departments have their own laboratory. All systems are up to date.

I am doing BCA bachelor of computer application. Teacher are too good they are serving their best . They teach according to the demand of subject. Mini project are also there which helps us to learn the implications of code.

Placement is okay okay. Company mostly offer to those students who don't have any backlog . Average salary is 3 lakh fir bca students . Placement process handle by training and placement department they inform any update in our gmail

College infrastructure is good as they were being available with the good level of facilities. Classrooms were good but not being sure of it as I had completed my study from distance only. But sometimes I go to college sometimes while giving exams then it's good at all.

Quality of teaching was really to good as I had completed my study from distance only but I didn't got any problem regarding to the faculty members as they were helpful and supportive too. They makes you updated upon curriculum which leads to the better opportunity for us.

Placements drives were also good as they helps you in bringing the opportunities but at the time of drives you have to available regularly at the campus for interviews and almost my batch got good placement with average salary package. College was too much supportive in all aspects with students.

I had done distance learning from here.

Infrastructure is relatively good than other average colleges in india . As it is surrounded by mountains and Teesta river is like solution of your all problem . It is just behind the hostel . You can enjoy sightseeing from Marena(Food court).

For this you have to prepare for your best . You can not skip your classes quite often. Because 75% attendance will be must for you to seat in final semester exam . Medical certificate is also you can attendance till 65 %

Placements are also good . Companies like Ericsson, NRI Fintech,HP , HCL , Infosys , Wipro are coming this campus regularly . You will get good placement preparation faculty also . They will come from outside and help you for your placement.

My course fee was 2,46000 for a year . For me it was worth paying this amount for dedicated teacher and beautiful location. Faculties are good and supportive. Always remember one thing you have to complete your attendance at any cost , no shortcuts for that .

It is one of the most beautiful campus in india for engineering. Hostels are quite good . All kinds of room is available, like single occupancy double occupancy with AC without AC . Food quality will be good initially after soke time quality might degrade .

Overall it was a value for money college . You can find some difficulty to live if you are living outside your campus. Only hostel is recommended. Quality of education is also good . Enjoy learning and keep growing.

I'm pursuing bca from their online program so the offline campus facilities are no use to me. But I've visited the campus once and I have to say that there is no such facility that isn't available on the campus

The online content that is being provided every semester is short and accurate. There are other services such as coursera that are also available along with the e-content that is already available, and those services are included in the tuition fees. Live classes are held every weekend that is Saturday and Sunday for 3-4hrs on each day so if I have any doubt i can discuss it with the faculty on weekends

I can't say much about the placements scene of my current online bca as I'm still in my 3rd semester but Manipal provides facilities to communicate with the alumni of the online program and according to them they were placed at good mncs and other places thanks to the university and the starting salary that I got to know from most of them were 5-7Lpa

The total cost of my online bca program is 1.20Lakhs which for me and my family was very affordable. For the fees I'm paying per semester that is 20k , I'm getting enough facilities that makes my academics way more easy and convenient so yeah , I feel like I'm getting my money's worth

As I am an online student , I dont have anything to do with the campus or the campus life but as I said before , I visited the campus once and all the facilities that a student requires are available at the campus including gyms, infirmaries, malls, and etc.

The overall experience till now has been great. I realize that offline college life would be better but I had my own goals and passion to pursue which were only possible with an online program so I decided to do it. But it has never happened that I had to face any problems related to my academics, online exams, clearing doubts, etc. But overall I'm very happy with the course I've chosen

SMIT has a large sports complex, Gym, Food Court etc and laboratories, Computer labs, Advanced computer labs. Also We have a Advanced Computing Machine called Param Shavak, If you have interest in AI, ML it will help you and and you can access it for your projects also.

I'm Pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at SMIT. It has Good Placement Records and College academics and curriculum are also aligned according to the corporate requirements. SMIT has large and great Alumni network which helps students to align their interest acoording to corporate sector

It has good academics curriculum and placement records. Almost Every student get offer from Companies. At SMIT there are plenty of Companies come for recruitement like Microsoft, Dell, Shell, E&Y, Nomora Fintech etc.

Compare to other Private colleges SMIT oofers Btech Degree at very minimal cost. It cost approx 4L per annum(2 semesters), So for 4 year it costs approx 16Lakhs (including Academic, Hostel &Mess).

If you search SMIT location in google maps yo will see it is located at the banks of Teesta river. At SMIT Cultural fests, Technical fests occurs regularly almost every 2-3 weeks. At every hostel there is a canteen which is available at night also. Every hostel has badminton, basketball court also.

I would like to add one thing that here you will get strong Alumni network. Because It is eastablished at 1997 and lots of SMIT graduate are working on a MNCs and for every College a great alumni network matters for their placemnt and company visit.

SMIT has an excellent infrastructure including the world class library , gym , swimming pool , basketball etc.Even the classes are done in smart boards and the student teacher interaction is very good and a lot of Innovation happens.

I studied electronics and communication.They have great faculty members who can guide you in your career.They helped me secure a job in MNC. All the core subjects and the practical classes and labs are up to date and the course really helps in our job life since you can relate with them.

The placement is 100% almost everyone gets placed . All the major MNC’S like Microsoft , Dell, Amazon , Wells Fargo, BOSCH , TCS, infosys etc come for placements every year which is an excellent opportunity for the students .

3 lakhs per annum was the course fee. The amount you pay for is really worth it .

The college is surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Sikkim and the river testa is nearby which makes the place very peaceful for anyone to study .
