A training and placement unit at Sir MVIT Bangalore manages all of the college students' placement-related tasks. The SMVIT Bangalore placement cell offers instruction in soft skills development, personality development, and many other areas. According to the NIRF 2025 overall report, 200 undergraduate students were placed during the Sir MVIT Bangalore placement drive of 2023-24.
Kick Drum offered the maximum compensation package to candidates for Sir MVIT Bangalore placements in 2023, which comes to Rs 14,86,000 annually. The top role offered for the CSE course is a software engineer. Students must score above 7.5 CGPA to sit in placements. The lowest salary package offered ranges between 6 LPA - 10 LPA. Students must have skills to get good salary packages. Our college does not provide us with skills, so we have to prepare ourselves. The salary package offered by IT companies for the SDE role ranges between 10 LPA - 20 LPA.
