M.A HISTORY EXAM PATTERN

Admission in Master of History is based on the written test exam conducted by the University of Delhi.

1. There will be 100 questions .
2. All the questions will be of Multiple choices .
3. There will be one option correct.
4. For every incorrect response, there will be a negative marking .
5. Maximum marks will be 400 .
6. For each correct answer, the candidate will get 4 marks .

There was no particular syllabus for the exam .If you observed the previous papers the questions will be from every background i.e Ancient History,Medieval History and Modern History.So it will benefit you if you cover all the concepts. There are some basic books that you will need to go through:

1. A History of Ancient and Early Medieval India: Upinder Singh
2. Ancient India: R.S Sharma
3. The Making of Early Medieval India: B.D Chattopadhyay
4. History of Medieval India: Satish Chandra
5. The Agrarian system of Mughal India: Irfan Habib
6. From Plassey to Partition: Sekhar Bandopadhyay
7. Modern South Asia- History Culture and Political Economy: Sugata Bose and Ayesha Jalal
8. Modern Times: Sumit Sarkar
9. A Subalteran Studies Reader: Ranajit Guha
10. Early India- From the Origins to 1300AD: Romila Thapar

These should be enough for your preparation. Apart from these, you may use a NET study guide by Arihant or Trueman. Both are equally good.

• Candidates are required to visit the university website and register themselves to fill the application form.
• Applicants require a valid email ID and phone number for registration.
• University shall also send notifications on the given mobile number and email ID related to hall ticket and release of merit list.

Hello Student

At the time of admission in MD or Ms courses in any of the postgraduate institute of medical education and research student has to sign a bond of 2 years service in the decided places of the authority. This bond is mandatory for every student whenever they are doing PG courses of medicine or surgery. If  the students failed to comply this regulation they will not get the permission of appearing in the examination or cannot avail of the degrees of postgraduation in medicine or surgery.

Candidates are required to upload the requisite documents after entering their details in the DUET 2022 application form. These documents include scanned images of their documents such as passport size photograph, signature, self-attested copies of Class 10 and Class 12 marksheet, caste certificate and Sports/ECA certificates (if applicable).

Caste certificate defines the caste of the particular candidate and non creamy layer certificate defines the income of the particular candidate and they have granted with the reservation under particular quota.So if non creamy layer was applied on you then you can upload that particular certificate.

Yes you can give the exam again in the month of January. There is no age limit to give INICET PG 2022 so you can give it again. INI CET exam is conducted twice a year for January and July sessions. INI CET 2022 will be held for admission to around 872 MD, MS, MDS, DM and MCh seats offered by 8 AIIMS, JIPMER Puducherry, PGIMER Chandigarh and NIMHANS Bangaluru. The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the CUET (Common University Entrance Test) exam each year to enroll students in various UG programmes offered at all central universities, including DU, JNU, JMI, EFLU, and the University of Allahabad. Students wishing to study undergraduate programmes at central universities must now take the CUET, which is now required. Board scores will not be used to determine a student's admission to a college or programme. It will be based solely on his/her CUET scores; however, board scores may be used as a minimum eligibility criterion for admission.

The Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) has been renamed Central Universities Entrance Test (CUET) by the National Testing Agency (CUET). CUET 2022 will provide students with a single-window admissions opportunity to any of the country's Central Universities (CUs). The Central Universities Entrance Test will be held in 13 languages at approximately 154 exam centres across the country. This year, Delhi University (DU) made the CUET compulsory for the academic year 2022-23. In this article, we will cover everything you need to know about the CUET 2022 exam, including the CUET Full Form, Notification, Exam Dates, Selection Process, Online Form, CUET Syllabus, Latest Exam Pattern, Previous Year's Question Paper, Eligibility Criteria, College List, and so on.

NEP and NTA have confirmed the CUET Exam for this year. The CUET will serve as a qualifying exam for admission to central universities; however, the exam date and notification have yet to be announced.
