Vaibhav Institute of Management and Technology at Bulandshahr (VIMT) is a co-educational institution that has been offering several undergraduate degree programmes. For admission to the BBA programme at VIMT, merit is the basis of admission to the college. A merit list of students should then be made by evaluating their academic performance, focusing mainly on their results for 10 + 2, to admit students who are eligible to join the programme.
Like BBA, VIMT admission in this BCA course is also merit-based. The institute then scrutinises the applications and forms a merit list on the candidates' academic records before giving successful candidates admission to the programme.
This follows the same merit-based approach for VIMT admissions; B.Com admissions will be based on the academic results obtained in a qualifying examination linked to fulfilling the admission prerequisites.
The merit-based entry of applicants for the BA programme is done by VIMT based on their academic performance. The candidates who appear on this merit list are then selected for VIMT admission.
Besides merit, the same applies to the admission process B.Sc. The academic records of applicants, particularly in the field of science, are evaluated for eligibility as well as ranking for VIMT admission.
The approved intake of students into the B.Ed programme, which attaches 100 seats, follows a merit-based VIMT admission process. In as much as it is NCTE approved and admission criteria may consider more specific issues relevant to teacher education, the principle remains based on academic merit.
