- B.Com: 160 seats in B.Com Major and B.Com Computer Applications. Admission based on 10+2 marks, especially in commerce/mathematics.
- BA: 220 seats in 5 specializations including Political Science, History, and Economics. Admission based on 10+2 marks.
- BBA: 150 seats across 5 specializations including Digital Marketing and Event Management. Admission based on 10+2 marks and possibly aptitude assessment.
- B.Voc: 160 seats in 4 specializations such as Social Work and English. Admission based on 10+2 marks and relevant experience.
- M.Sc: Programs in Microbiology, Physics, Organic Chemistry, Botany, Computer Science, and Mathematics. Admission based on relevant bachelor's degree marks.
- MA: Subjects include Psychology, Social Work, Telugu, Economics, and English. Admission based on marks in the relevant bachelor’s degree
- M.Com: Admission based on marks in B.Com or equivalent degree.

Visakha Government Degree College for Women, Visakhapatnam is a government college, accredited by NAAC, it's a female educational institute offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses, it was established in the year 1975 with campus size of four acres, it has various facilities such as cafeteria, library, internet,book bank, health centre, auditorium, seminar, parking to name a few, as per the official website it states the proposal to have hostels is under consideration, hence as of now it doesn't have hostel facility, to know more details regarding this visit the official website at http://www.vgdcw.in/
